Riu Concordia

Just arrived back after a five-night stay and can thoroughly recommend the hotel. Room was clean and tidy and had a great bathroom. Location was good but be warned - turn left at the main road and you end up in the 'party end' of the resort which wasn't too bad to be honest. Lots of young Germans out and about but a police presence meant there are no problems. Turn right at the main road and you'll be in the quieter part of the resort. The bus to Palma stops just around the corner and terminates at the magnificent cathedral. If you haven't been to Palma before then make sure you go especially at evening. You want the no. 25 bus which charges €2 set fee wherever you go on it. The Aquarium is just down the road and the bus goes there as well. Check what time they are feeding the sharks before you go as you won't want to miss that! Breakfast at the hotel was great with lots of different types of food to choose from. Bar snacks and beer aren't expensive either. The pool is ideal if you can't swim because it's the same depth from end to end(1.2 metres, I think) it can get busy in the pool but if you go between 8 am and 10am you'll probably have it to yourself like I did. Staff were great and were always on hand to answer any queries. We had a thoroughly good time.

Just back from a week staying at Riu Concordia and what an amazing week. I’m an avid traveler and stayed in quite a few Riu hotels but this hotel is the best Riu I've stayed in . The management and Staff team are definitely doing a great job 👏 they deserve an award on best Rui hotel Friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean rooms , great showers , super air-con and fan , the best quality food , hassle free , exceptionally organised ,great location Well done 👏 Riu could do with sending the management and staff from Concordia to other Rui hotels around the world to give training on how to get it right I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if visiting Palma Thanks to the management and every member of staff

This is a really nice hotel. We were travelling with the family, including two children. We really enjoyed it. The beach is super close and it’s beautiful. The hotel is perfect. Amazing service at the reception.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riu Concordia. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent with plenty of choice. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca!

Can’t fought the quality of colleagues, the restaurant for dinner and the cleanliness of the place The reason why I gave a 4 and could have been a three if staff weren’t so nice was because - climate control in room is inadequate and had to use a fan full time to reduce or try to sleep, I was told that in the small print of T and Cs that you turn off for several periods per day which is not good. Pool bar staff were 10 out of 10 but food quality and choice was below standard, deep fried products not enough products and only 330 bottles of coke which was overpriced quick a few people went out to buy soft drinks. This is just honest feedback and it’s really important to recognise the staff at the bar and around the pool were excellent. Last point would be just to watch sun bed saving Normally managed to get one somewhere but then saw empty dinners with Towels on not used. In 9 days we never saw any action taken Best parts of accommodation - staff number one - even dinner was great - cleaning was great Thank you
