Vibra Palma Cactus

I've just returned from a lovely short break with a friend at this hotel. It was a lovely stay, good location with a short walk to the beach but up a nice quiet street. The staff are great, cheerful, helpful and the hotel is well run and very clean. The pool is small but lovely, not tons of sunloungers but its fine 2because people are coming and going so not a problem getting a bed. Food at breakfast is to a good standard and a nice range. The hotel guests seemed to be like minded whichever country they were from and though there is a little echo in the hall when people were talking there was little to no noise after 11pm. I would recommend the Cactus to friends, couples and families that want a clean polished mid range hotel with a peaceful, friendly holiday in mind.

Not one to moan about small things but honestly this hotel is so disappointing. Booked with Easyjet holidays to another hotel but moved here at last minute due to over booking! Pool in the shade most of the day on a road no privacy, Hardly any staff. Half board option atrocious. No atmosphere anywhere in the hotel. Gym is a glass cube in reception. Pool/snack bar so overpriced and non existent basically a canteen type option. 2 star 3 at best. Easyjet holidays should be ashamed. Rooms are so basic but Breakfast was fine.

I loved it. The staff were all very friendly, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and there was a wide variety of food. Great location, just 5 minutes from the beach and shops. I highly recommend it.

Nice clean hotel Staff keep it nipping clean Beautiful breakfast and vast variety for everyone to enjoy. Great helpful staff and very apologetic about certain people unfortunately who care nothing for others trying to have a holiday too. We have experienced some holiday makers that think it is acceptable to wash themselves in the baby pool. Not once but two days running. ADULTS Washing sand off themselves and washing their sandy flip flops where baby’s and small children are playing. So today the pool has been cleaned twice after my complaint.

This is a lovely hotel. It’s clean and modern and the staff are all very helpful. We were here for 3 days and it’s exactly what we were after. It’s a quiet hotel a very short walk to the beach with nice bars and restaurants. If you are after a more lively night life then it’s only 10 mins walk along the road. Pool towels can be hired for a 10 euro deposit. There’s a room to lock your bags on the day of departure and the staff were happy for us to still use the facilities after we had checked out. Also a shower room. Our room was modern, cleaned daily and the shower is amazing! Food was nice and a good selection to choose from. Those that complain about it, must be fussy eaters! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would like to come back.
