We had a wonderful experience on the Saffron Cruise. Our server, Jack, was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. He always checked on us at the right time and made sure we were comfortable. Thanks to Jack, my mother and I were able to enjoy a very pleasant dinner and a beautiful night view of Bangkok. Thank you, Jack, for the excellent service!!

I love this hotel ! A great experience all round with so many complimentary inclusions. The Duty Manager Cob has been very helpful and added to the comfort of my stay. As a single older person the attention from the staff has meant my stay has been a thorough pleasure. Plus my room is superb!

Her outstanding hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay. 🥊 Amazing Muay Thai Class with BADMINTON Another highlight of our trip was the hotel's complimentary Muay Thai class. Our instructor, Badminton, was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and made learning the basics incredibly fun. Thanks to his great lesson, we could actually recognize the moves during the real match we watched that evening, making it twice as exciting! We also thoroughly enjoyed the Personal Essential Oil class. 💖 Romantic Anniversary Surprises & WANDY's Note The room team also went above and beyond. Since we informed them about our anniversary in advance, they prepared a beautiful cake, fresh flowers, and balloons for our check-in. On our second evening, they surprised us with a romantic rose petal bath with candles. Along with it was a heartwarming handwritten letter from Wandy. Although we didn't get to meet Wandy in person, this incredibly thoughtful touch deeply moved us. 🍽️ Beautiful Dining & Fresh FoodTo top it all off, the dining was flawless. The breakfast restaurant is absolutely stunning, and the Club Lounge serves food where you can instantly taste the freshness and high quality of the ingredients. Thank you so much to Pim, Badminton, Wandy, and the entire Banyan Tree team for making our vacation truly perfect. We will definitely be back! ✨💕

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot praise the team enough. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The level of service made our stay feel truly special. Unfortunately, I can only remember Mr. Gom’s name, but he was fantastic – friendly, professional, and always eager to help. The same goes for every single member of staff we interacted with. Everyone contributed to an exceptionally positive experience. A beautiful hotel is one thing, but it is the people who make a stay memorable – and the team here certainly did that for us. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay and would happily return. A huge thank you to Mr. Gom and the entire team. Highly recommended!
