★★★★★ Dusit Thani Pattaya was a lovely stay, especially if you want to enjoy the resort itself rather than spend the entire trip exploring outside. One of my favourite parts was the Club Lounge, with its beautiful panoramic view over Pattaya Bay. I also enjoyed having lunch surrounded by the hotel’s tropical garden — a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Pattaya. During the stay, I joined a DIY body scrub workshop, choosing and blending natural ingredients to create my own scrub. It was a nice wellness activity and added something different to the usual resort experience. For dinner, The Bay was another highlight, with Mediterranean cuisine enjoyed by the sea. The coastal setting made it a particularly pleasant way to end the day. What I appreciated most was how easily a full day could be spent within the property — Club Lounge, tropical gardens, swimming pools, wellness activities, dining and sea views, all without needing to plan an itinerary outside. A very enjoyable option for a relaxing Pattaya getaway, particularly for travellers who like the hotel to be part of the destination itself.

The location was very convenient, close to the beach and large department store. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good.

Outstanding service from the whole team in the Club Lounge particularly Beauty, Honey, Benz and Patti who all added banter and good humour to their tireless work serving drinks and clearing away used glasses and plates. All four are a credit to the DUSIT and play a major role in making the Lounge the success that it is.

The Dusit Resort Pattaya is located in the north of Pattaya and is near the Terminal 21 Shopping Centre. It has a friendly welcoming atmosphere and excellent well preserved facilities eg stunning waterfall and tropical garden inside the reception area and spacious clean rooms with full WiFi. All staff are pleasant and attentive but I give special mention to the room cleaning staff who work very hard but always with a cheerful smile and good morning/ afternoon greeting for guests. This hotel offers a very high order of cuisine, service and value for money. I will stay there again
