Our stay here was absolutely amazing and truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms are beautiful, and the view from the Prestige Corner Room is simply breathtaking. The entire property is beautifully designed—the furniture, décor, and interior details are all so elegant and thoughtfully chosen. The interior actually reminded me of a beautiful New York apartment, which I absolutely loved. The room was also exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. You can really feel the attention to detail throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Karin and Singsing for making our stay even more memorable. Karin at the Executive Lounge was especially wonderful—he was incredibly sweet, kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful.His warm hospitality really stood out to us. We also loved the afternoon tea service. Every single menu item, snack, and dessert was beautifully presented and genuinely high quality and delicious. It was clear that a lot of care went into every detail. Overall, this is such a wonderful luxury hotel experience. From the breathtaking room and gorgeous interiors to the exceptional service and delicious afternoon tea, everything is perfect. We will definitely be coming back here on our next trip to Thailand! ❤️

Our concierge Mr Wat was most courteous & helpful each time we appeared in the lobby, going out of his way to make sure our journeys were well planned and comfortable. A big thanks to him. My experience was great with Mine and pinpuk from the reception and the concierge team , housekeeping and the team at full were very helpful and I really recommend this to any visitor and they really support you in anything needed to make your experience greater . This is my second time in this hotel and will be it and more innovative experiences as it seems that the Management is support the guest experience as the vision of the company.
