From the moment of our arrival until our departure after a wonderful 9-day stay at The Sukosol, our group of more than 30 people—including children, parents, and teachers—was truly overwhelmed by the exceptional hospitality and care we received. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Ms. Siya and her fellow team members for their outstanding guidance, leadership, care, attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine “can-do” attitude. Their professionalism and commitment made our entire stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable. A huge thank you to Ms. Siya in particular for her long working hours every day and for always being present and personally involved to ensure that everything was anticipated, attended to, and handled with care. Her dedication was evident throughout our stay. What impressed us most was her ability to make everything feel effortless, without ever showing any difficulties or concerns, even while managing the needs of such a large group. The staff in this hotel is really helpful and amazing. Especially Khun Bas who personally attended and made sure our daughter was doing well, when she wasn't feeling well. Thank you and will definitely recommend this hotel.
