Khaolak Bhandari Resort & Spa

Location was good, position off the main strip just across the road from the beach and a peaceful serene atmosphere, with almost no noise at all. Rooms as described - beautiful Thai style bungalows, with basic needs all catered for aswell as the must have a/c, rooms were cleaned on a daily and the complex its self was always clean. Pool area was kept clean, with hardly anyone about most days (we were here low season). We had breakfast (included) everyday and there was a fantastic selection to cater for all nationalities, we ate at the on-site restaurant (Le Siam) and food was fantastic, we also ate daily in the pool bar/restaurant (Lotus) which had a good selection of food and beverages available - never had a poor meal here. Special mention to Suzy who was an absolute delight and looked after us for our stay here, all the staff were polite, friendly and smiley ☺️

Famtastic Hotel and amazing staff! Our 2 week holiday here was faultless, the hotel cleanliness food and service were all Outstanding and the staff are always so friendlly helpful and kind. Thank you to Chay, Suzie, Khunwang (chef) bowling, honey and Guitar and all the rest of the staff who made our stay perfect!! This is our second year of staying here and it’s like a second home to us now, we are treated as family and we have made friends and made lots of memories. Thank you for an amazing stay yet again! Can’t wait to return next year!

This place is simply amazing. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and I felt like I was in the middle of a jungle. There is an incredible sense of peace and tranquility here. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I felt very comfortable and welcomed during my stay. I would especially like to thank PURE, who was truly, truly amazing. He was always willing to help me whenever I had any questions, and he was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. Thanks to people like him, you feel genuinely happy and comfortable in a place like this. You don’t want to leave, and when the time comes to go, you leave with the feeling that you will definitely want to come back one day. Once again, a very big thank you.

Loved this hotel every single staff smiled and said hello.The rooms were lovely and clean and we had a wonderful quiet bungalow.The breakfast was great plenty of lovely first food and the egg man was so lovely.A wonderful place to stay.

Today I had a 60-minute Thai massage. Lisa was an excellent therapist, and I'd also like to thank Sunny for the warm welcome and for recommending the aromatherapy massage and treatment package for my next visit.
