This is a massive industrual hotel, so the atmosphere is general was not nice or friendly. The restaurant was terribly busy and if you arrived after start of dinner often the buffet was nearly empty, i took a picture at 20:15 of the buffet. There is a small shop that sells uce cream and crisps and the owner is super rude, avoid going in there. I do have to say that some of the staff were super kind and helpful, but unfortunately the whole experience was unpleasent.
Food was really good, staff was amazing aspecially BABOU , he was great with positive energy. i Recommend this hotel !!
Hotel is amazing, good vibes, crazy good people and of course Babou is a boss
I realy enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean and full of options. Staff membrers are very polite and helpfull, especialy Babou he is full of energy and very fruendly he realy made my stay here better.
We have just returned. A family of 3 adults sharing a room. It’s a large complex with several pools. It really is in the middle of nowhere so not good for wandering about. On arrival we were given a sheet of paper with times of the various eateries located on site. Nothing else was shared. In the list was a picture of day time activities but they were not always on and were not clear about where things would be on. The animation team were around and about but the only time they acknowledged us was the very last day of our stay. Given this we had no idea what was happening and when. The food - there was no allowances for any special dietary requirements. We were not fans of the food available, the main dining area stressed me to bits, people pushing in, basically being very rude. This attitude was matched by the guy on the bar, what a misery. No trays available to carry multiple drinks. It was hard in the busy periods to find a table to sit at. Not a relaxing 5 star experience!!! We had read somewhere that if you stayed for 7 nights you could visit the Al La carte restaurant- we were not told about this so asked. You can book but only on certain times of the day which was rubbish. Anyway, the option is fish only. I mean it was less stressful than the main area and the meal was ok but it was all a bit rushed. All inclusive drinks were atrocious, tuborg or carling are your choice of beer but they are served in tiny little glasses and they are flat before you leave the bar. To be fair they often gave you 2 glasses at a time but as I said before carrying them was hard. The spirits were hidden under the bar so was difficult to see what they had available. They had a cocktail menu but they were really not very good at all. We did ask what was available but the language barrier made it difficult and my daughter didn’t once get what she asked for. The room itself was ok, we had a double and a single bed so met our needs. Air conditioning worked well. Fridge in room was stocked up with water (it said in the advert when we booked it was a mini bar but it wasn’t it was water only). We were 3 adults but were only left 2 cups and 2 sets of towels etc. they are not changed regularly either. There is a button to press if u want your room cleaned and it was hitty, missy to the quality that this happened, we found that the only way to get towels changed was to put the towels in the bottom of the shower. This may be the expectation in Turkey but we were not advised to do this. The soap and shampoo was not replenished during our stay either. All of the tv channels were in Turkish/polish/russian. We tried to put subtitles on but no joy but that’s not the end of the world and that’s me just being picky. Finding a sun lounger is a nightmare. There are loads of sunbed loungers for people to use however by about 7am they’ve all got towels on them Some were left with towels on all day without people ever coming to use them. Selfish and rude actions of the guests. Again can’t really blame the hotel for that. However very irritating. On one day we were at a pool and watched a young lad about 12 vomit in the pool, his parents didn’t take him out or alert anyone, they simply woooshed the vomit towards the filter and continued with their activities. Needless to say that put us off wanting to go back in. The beach is rocky but was fine, the bar area is a bit tired but was functional. There was a couple of hours where you could get free ice cream from the beach bar - again not communicated and we found out simply because we were there when some were put on the bar top to take. Would be better if these were at all bars, or at least staggered throughout the day at different bars The WiFi is 2€ per device , per night so can become costly, I would say that this is a con. Put it in with the cost of the holiday!!! Sadly on day 4 we got a tummy bug - all 3 of us- we spent 56€ at the pharmacy for medication and we still 6 days on have the same bug. I can’t say that this is from the hotel as I have no evidence that it was directly connected to them but it seriously impacted on our experience in a negative way. My husband has lost 8lb and you don’t expect that when you return from an all inclusive holiday. I would not recommend this hotel if you are from the UK as I don’t think it really caters for our needs. We made the most of our time there as we had worked hard to pay to get there and it had been a long time since our last holiday. However, I will not be returning and I have to say that sadly it has put me off returning to Turkey again. One tip if you are going out don’t pay the taxi fare advertised at the hotel reception. If you google to find local eateries most of them will pick you up and drop you off for free. We paid 20€ to get to Antalya outlet centre and were told about this by people when we were there.
