I stayed at Dobedan World Palace Kemer from August 3rd to August 10th but left early due to a fractured ankle. Now that three weeks have passed, I can finally write this review objectively. The main danger here is the flooring. The tiles near the beach where they serve lunch snacks are incredibly slippery. We saw multiple other guests slip and fall there. While they were fortunate to be unharmed, I was not as lucky. I fell hard and fractured my fibula. The hotel's response was a shocking failure of care. In the medical room, the hotel nurse left us alone for 15 minutes. I sat there for an hour waiting for an ambulance. During that entire hour, nothing was done for me. They provided no bandages, and no ice. I had to beg staff just for ice to ease the severe swelling. I cannot upload the video here, but I have clear video evidence of this behavior and can send it directly to management if they wish to see it. Only when the ambulance arrived did the hotel nurse finally decide to wrap my ankle. On top of this, nobody in management including the General Manager spoke or understood English. Trying to handle a painful emergency through a total language barrier was terrifying. To make matters worse, they initially tried to charge us €30 a day for a wheelchair. We had to argue that the injury happened on their property due to their hazardous flooring. They finally gave it to us for free, but this basic courtesy should have been offered instantly. A 5-star hotel must guarantee guest safety, proper first aid, and fluent management. This hotel completely failed. Please be very careful walking near the beach.

We came on August we liked so much omg amazing holiday with entertainment team !! About hotel good and restaurant it was tasty ! Thank u for all stuff and specially ismail !! 🙏🎁💋🤣 so funny and so energetic we enjoyed with him so much he make to us so funny activities and dance !! Super

Ruined my birthday and refused to take responsibility We stayed at this 5-star hotel for the second time. On the last evening, which was my birthday, the restaurant service completely failed. It was suffocatingly hot inside the hall, and the air conditioning was barely breathing. Because of this heat, we were forced to move outside, but the restaurant was completely unready to combine tables for our group of 8.The staff tried to combine completely different, uneven tables of different levels. If they had set up a proper table within 5–10 minutes, there would be no issue. Instead, I had to run to the main building on my birthday to complain to Guest Relations before anything was done. Only after my run to the reception did the staff finally find normal tables, likely because other guests had left by then.I contacted the Front Office Manager for help. Instead of solving the issue, they told me "service was provided, you must pay". No apology, no appropriate reaction. In the end, they issued an ultimatum for full payment and refused any further dialogue to find a compromise. This is an unacceptable level of service for a 5-star hotel. I do NOT recommend it.
