Eftalia Downtown Hotel

Great location decent rooms the food is great and fresh. Out side is the BBQ food and fries, inside salade bar fruit and main food. In the morning free coffee tea juices. At dinner you can order drinks for reasonable prices same as for the bar at the beach. Sunbeds + parasol 200 tl . Ofcourse everything can be better nicer and cleaner but just have fun and relax remember where you are at its not your 5 star tripple more price hilton hotel. Overall great hotel good fresh selection of food and nice rooms and great area with great Alanya experience.

We stayed here for 10 nights, I wasn’t coming with high expectations after reading reviews however we had a brilliant stay. The staff were so helpful and attentive, the rooms were cleaned everyday, rooms were spacious & the location was great loads of restaurants around to try. My only thing was we couldn’t get round the pool because every morning the beds were reserved. Even though it says please don’t put towels on beds they still do. We stayed in the block near the playground so on a night when people were going back to their rooms it was very noisy, we also had a very noisy neighbour which we did have to tell to keep it down. You only get 1 card key for the room which is rather annoying because we left it in the room twice. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Not sure what has happened. We visited in August, 8 years ago. Had a lovely time. Came back this time, and it has just not been the same. I know it is peak season, but so were August. Maybe less people knew about the hotel before. It is not as welcoming anymore, (for the English anyway), but others may have a different opinion. It's as though other tourists do not know how to que, or use basic manners. The woman lifeguard clearly had a problem with me & my son. My son is autistic, and it does not seem to get acknowledged. He had retalliated to a girl kicking him, but because she had only seen my son later on pushing her, that is how her problem started with us. That family had left some days later, after the girls dad had come over furious with us during the evening meal. Yes that is right, the parents weren't even around when it happened. The lifeguard then went on to stand with other family's, all looking towards us and talking, just because my son had sung an innocent song and looked at someone whilst doing it, and we clearly wasn't from the same country. We are not going to stop using the pool because you hate us. Not sure I would return again anymore.

We come back to this hotel every year because we always have such a great experience. The location is excellent in a lovely area with easy access to other places. The hotel itself is amazing. The staff are friendly, welcoming and always there to help whenever needed. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the housekeeping team are lovely and do a fantastic job. The waiter Ismail who was very helpful and always did his job to a high standard. His service and professionalism were greatly appreciated. The views from the hotel were also beautiful and added to the experience. We will 100% be staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

had a lovely 2 weeks for my birthday ,really good location only 10 mins walk to the main town with plenty of shops and eaterys on the way ,the rooms were just average size but enough, cleaned every day and towel changed, the food was good always found something to eat even though Im a burger and fries man ,never heard much noise at all and all the staff were very helpful
