Fame Residence Göynük

My Experience at Fame Residence Göynük: I visited Fame Residence Göynük from July 20th to August 3rd. I’m writing this review in English so that more people can understand and hopefully benefit from my experience. Starting with our arrival, we were able to get into our hotel room almost immediately without having to wait long. The room was clean and exactly what you would expect from a good hotel. The minibar was always stocked, our towels were always clean, and our cleaning lady, Mürüvet Teyze, was always incredibly kind and greeted us warmly in the mornings. She even left us lots of beautifully folded towels on our beds, shaped like different animals. It was such a sweet little detail that always made us smile. The entire hotel staff were more than nice. I have stayed at many hotels before, but this was by far the best experience I have had so far. Everyone was respectful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They remembered little things about you, including your drink orders, which made the whole experience feel much more personal. The staff truly made our stay even better. In the mornings, when we went for breakfast, we were warmly greeted by the chefs, Lütfin and Şemse. As soon as they saw me and my family, they would ask us how we wanted our eggs and whether we wanted an omelette. I really enjoyed talking to them. They were absolutely lovely, and I definitely recommend trying their food in the mornings! In the evenings, we were welcomed by the hotel's waiters and waitresses, who always showed us to a free table and immediately asked for our drink orders. On our first day, they asked us what we would like to drink, and the next day they already remembered our orders and brought us exactly what we wanted. The waiters Çağatay and Hüseyin were especially attentive on my sister's birthday. Without us knowing, they brought her a cake and sang loudly for her. It was such a lovely surprise. Apart from that, they did their jobs amazingly well and always had a smile on their faces. It's hard to find people nowadays who genuinely love their jobs and put so much effort and passion into what they do. It was a pleasure having them there. The hotel also has a bar that is open in the evenings, where you can get almost anything your heart desires. The bartenders Tugay and Cansaya will mix pretty much anything you ask for. I have never tasted a better mojito than the ones they made for us. They were such a great and lovely team. Despite there being hundreds of guests, they still remembered what people liked and made everyone feel noticed. The food and drinks were very good, and there was always plenty of variety. Every day, there was something different at the buffet, whether it was breakfast or dinner. There was always something for everyone, even for picky eaters like me. Some days they had fish and salmon, while on other days there was duck or chicken that tasted absolutely heavenly. The pool area was calm and enjoyable. The music was always a mix of relaxing songs and typical holiday music, which created a really pleasant atmosphere and made it easy to enjoy your time by the pool. Every day at 10 o'clock, you were greeted by the animation team. İbo was always smiling and joking around with the guests. He never overstepped any boundaries or took things too far. He was naturally funny and never came across as fake, which I really appreciated. He took his time with the guests and would sometimes even sit down and talk with us in the evenings. Zlata, the youngest member of the team, was always encouraging me to join the pool games with her and the others. I don't think I have ever played so many games during a holiday before! It was great fun. Aruzhan made sure that the games were always entertaining without going on for too long. These young ladies definitely made the animation team even better with their positive attitude and happy energy. The Beach: If you are someone who really enjoys spending a lot of time at the beach, I would recommend looking for a hotel that is more focused on its beach facilities, as this might not be the perfect choice for you. This was honestly the only real negative aspect of our holiday. The food and drinks at the beach were not the best and were often cold, and they were not refilled as frequently as I would have liked. The sunbeds were also placed quite close together, which wasn't ideal for me. Sadly, there was no pier either. In the evenings, there was no animation or entertainment at the beach, and the beach bar was closed as well. I really think there is so much potential there. There is plenty of space at the beach, and it would have been amazing if some evening programs or entertainment had been organized there. I believe this could make the beach experience much better. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was always good and reached every single corner of the hotel. I never had any problems with the connection during my stay. The Hotel Manager: In all my years of travelling, I have never experienced such a good and respectful hotel manager. Whenever there was an issue, he immediately took matters into his own hands and solved it as quickly as possible. He was constantly checking the hotel and making sure everything was in place and exactly as it was supposed to be. Seeing this as a guest showed me that the hotel is genuinely taken care of and not neglected. It gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being managed properly. Gözleme: Suna, the hotel's gözleme cook, made the best gözleme I have ever tasted. If you had a special request, she would immediately prepare it for you. She was lovely and such a wonderful person. Her kind smile and lovely personality made my stay even better. Sometimes my mother and I would sit down and talk with her, and she would tell us all about Kemer and how beautiful it is. Those little conversations are memories I will definitely remember. Feeling Welcome: As someone who is half Turkish myself, I felt extremely welcome at this hotel. I always tried my best to speak Turkish, and the staff noticed that I wasn't fluent in Turkish. They never judged me for it. Instead, they did their best to communicate with me and helped me whenever I needed it. That alone made me feel incredibly comfortable during my stay at this beautiful hotel. It showed me that humanity is not lost and that there are still people who genuinely care about others and make an effort to understand them. It was especially nice seeing their smiles whenever they noticed me trying to speak Turkish. Even with a language barrier, they always did their best to communicate with me, and for that, I am extremely grateful. Thank you. Final Thoughts: I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back next year with my family. The treatment we received was beyond anything I expected. I have never felt so at home and so welcomed at a hotel before. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, the staff are absolutely amazing and genuinely good at what they do, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was, in my eyes, perfect. This hotel will definitely see me and my family again in the future. Çok teşekkür ederim for this amazing holiday experience. See you soon!

I was there with my family 2 times and we are very impressive! This is the best hotel in the world! Food, room numbers and nature are wonderful! Our holidays were great! The location is beautiful. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The food was excellent. The entertainment team was fun. The music during the stay was great. The bar service was top-notch.

Our holiday at Fame Residence Göynük was an absolute success. The hotel is spotless, tastefully renovated, and exceptionally well maintained. The food meets the standard you would expect from a quality four-star hotel. I would especially like to highlight the extensive selection of drinks and the bar staff, who are consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The entertainment team deserves special mention as well, bringing great energy and plenty of humour to every day. The sea is beautifully clean, although visitors should be prepared for a rather rocky entrance into the water. During our stay the Inovaspa became one of the absolute highlights of our holiday. From the very first moment, Yiğit welcomed us with genuine kindness and professionalism. He even took the time to give my daughter a tour of the spa and explained everything in such a warm and friendly way that we immediately felt at home. A special thank you also goes to Tamara, who keeps everything running perfectly. Appointments are exceptionally well organized, everything runs on time, and there is virtually no waiting. The spa itself is beautiful, spotless, and maintained to an incredibly high standard. My friend and I enjoyed the Hamam experience, and it was absolutely wonderful. I personally had five massages with Indra, and they were simply outstanding. Every treatment was relaxing, professional, and tailored perfectly to my needs. My friend was treated by Puspa, and he was just as impressed with both the quality of the massage and the outstanding service. Another highlight was the fitness center. My daughter and I worked out there almost every day. It is clean, modern, well-equipped, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. We also appreciated the excellent discounts and special offers, which made the experience even better. Inovaspa truly offers a complete wellness experience. We returned to Germany feeling completely refreshed and relaxed, and we are already looking forward to coming back. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team! You made our holiday unforgettable!
