We stayed here as a family and, while there were some things we enjoyed, there were also a number of issues that affected our experience. Unfortunately, we experienced an upset stomach/sickness bug during our stay, which completely wiped us out for a couple of days. Speaking to other British families around the pool, several had experienced the same, so it did seem to be quite widespread during our stay. The hotel also felt very cramped. The sunbeds around the pool were packed extremely close together, to the point where you were almost touching the people next to you. It made the pool area feel quite crowded. Poor experiences at the à la carte restaurants. At all three restaurants, our main courses were brought out before the starter plates had even been cleared. The pool bar staff in the evenings were fantastic – really friendly and attentive. The lunch restaurant had a good variety of food, but unfortunately there was no air conditioning, which made sitting down for lunch very uncomfortable in the heat. There is a small outside seating area In the main restaurant, however smoking was allowed - this made it really unpleasant eating experience. The beds were comfortable, which was a definite positive. One frustrating issue was the towels. We were two adults and two children but repeatedly received only three towels. We had to keep messaging Guest Relations to get an extra towel, which shouldn’t really have been necessary. The entertainment was very repetitive. We felt like we were seeing the same gymnastics tricks over and over, and it would have been great to have had more variety throughout the stay. The onsite photographers were also relentless. We politely explained several times that we weren’t interested, but they continued to approach us, which became quite annoying. Just returned from this holiday, service was outstanding waiters couldn’t do anymore for you, the personal service on WhatsApp (Erkan) was amazing always providing us with updates everyday with what’s going on and answering all questions. We both regularly used the outdoor gym and both trainers couldn’t have been anymore efficient providing us with challenging but awesome workouts. Our children are 6 and 11 and both were fully entertained in the day at night by the superb entertainment team and if they didn’t fancy doing the planned activities that took advantage of the kids club and water parks … would highly recommend ❤️

We booked this holiday as a family, four adults four children, based on the glowing reviews that we read and the facilities there hotel promotes. Unfortunately, we were left disappointed which is such a shame because this was a very much needed family holiday. I appreciate some of the below points might not bother or be that important to others however they did play a big part in making our holiday less enjoyable. Smoking - Guests smoke pretty much everywhere other than the indoor restaurants. Even in the children’s splash park where we witnessed a lady put her cigarette out using the pool water and then drop it down the pool drain . A great improvement to the hotel would be to introduce Smoking/non smoking areas especially around the pool so those who do not smoke can avoid. Activities- there were great activities planned like aqua bikes, obstacle courses etc. which we really enjoyed but the people setting up or tidying away these activities had no support from the animation team, children climbing all over and pushing in whilst they are still trying to set up. There was a Lifeguard on duty by the pool however he had ear pods in watching something on his phone and smoking. We were not confident he would notice, hear or respond quick enough if needed. Restaurants- we had reoccurring seating issues. Which we know can happen being a large party of eight however when we spoke to guest relations he directed us to a senior member of the restaurant who could help us however this was not the case, he also told us different times to try and arrive by to avoid the rush which we did however we were still unable to find seating stress free . Often there were groups of 2 or 3 on a table for 6 due to staff not seating groups, you were left to wander around trying to find a table. Occasionally a staff member would help but if they couldn’t find somewhere they would give up and walk off. We found ourselves chasing for drinks, tables to be reset. The poor waiters are working so hard but senior members of staff not doing a lot they could definitely be more proactive in seating people and checking in on tables. À la carte restaurants look amazing, staff are more attentive here but food choices are so limited and very random. It’s a shame there isn’t a Traditional Turkish restaurant to showcase local food. We booked both Lobster and Carpe diem for birthdays within our family main courses were nice but overall experience was so rushed trying to clear plates repeatedly when the children hadn’t finished. We had ordered and paid for birthday cakes but this part again was so rushed. Cleanliness, hygiene and safety - I feel this is a big issue. Spilt drinks were left for ages, guests asking for this to be cleaned or for resources to clean them selves and getting told not to worry. Some cleaning of empty cups around pool into a black bag but this was then dripped all around the pool area which was not cleaned until end of the day! No presence of active cleaning around the hotel or in the restaurant. There was no one in the restaurant keeping on top of cross contamination, guests often use spoons from meat dishes in vegetarian dishes or staff members touch fish then other dishes wearing the same gloves. We would be very concerned if anyone in our family had an allergy. The rooms were cleaned to a basic level. All members of our family got ill with sickness and diarrhoea and although of course we cannot pinpoint this to anything linked to the hotel. Guest relations were aware of this and other issues I have raised in this review but they did not check in yet were very responsive earlier in the holiday when we were purchasing items such as cakes, trips etc. Customer service- there were a few staff members that were so friendly they were attentive but often got rushed on by their senior. Many give off the impression you are an inconvenience, there is no attempt to make you feel fussed over or waited on. There is a real Training need here! The Hotel has potential, it is set in nice grounds but is very outdated in terms of standards and service. Many details have been overlooked making it look its star rating on the surface but once you stay it’s really not. Even if just one of the above areas was improved it would make a huge difference. We came here based on the reviews but I strongly disagree with them and have to be honest in mine.

We are currently 9 days into a 14-night family stay, and with everything running so smoothly, it felt like the perfect time to leave a review. We visit Turkey very often, usually a couple of times a year over the last few years and have stayed at many top 5-star resorts including Titanic Deluxe Lara, Delphin Imperial, and Lara Barut Collection. For us, Kirman Leodikya is currently ranking as the best of them all! ​From top to bottom, the hotel and facilities are fantastic. The rooms are spotless, and the quick-touch cleaning request button inside the room is a brilliant touch, the housekeeping staff works so hard and keeps everything to a really high standard daily. ​Even during the peak UK summer holidays, the resort never feels overly congested. We’ve had zero issues getting sunbeds by the pool, even when heading down in the middle of the day. The boys have absolute non-stop fun on the waterslides, and having access to the sister hotel next door (Arycanda) gives you double the facilities to enjoy, we’ve loved trying out both spas, gyms, and pool areas. ​What elevates this resort from good to unforgettable, though, is the incredible staff. ​Oguz (Manager) – A massive thank you to Oguz. He has truly gone above and beyond to make sure our family vacation is special. He’s constantly checking in, taking genuine pride in guest satisfaction, and always makes a point to shake my boys' hands. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. ​Turgut (Lunch Restaurant Manager) – So warm and welcoming every single day. He always makes a point to come over and say hello to the boys, which they just love. ​Faysal – Floating across every restaurant all day with boundless energy. He is endlessly friendly, always smiling, and makes everyone feel welcome. Salim (Animation Team) such a lovely guy, goes over and beyond to say hello each time he sees us and he is super friendly. The boys love him! ​Hasan (Lunch Snack Restaurant) – Unbelievably efficient and takes real pride in his work. He’s quick to take drink orders, clears tables in a flash, and goes out of his way to make lunch seamless. ​Ilhan (Main Restaurant) – Always has a huge smile on his face. He works so hard to make sure tables are prepped instantly and drinks arrive fast. ​Mehmet Ali (Main Restaurant) – Exceptional service with a personal touch. He goes the extra mile constantly and makes a huge effort with the kids. ​Yusuf – The resident jacket potato master! Super friendly, talkative, and fantastic with the kids. ​Hamza (Cafe Pub & Patisserie) – The hero of the vacation for my boys! He makes them custom milkshakes every single day with a massive smile and always makes an effort to chat with us. ​Eda (Pasta Station) – Despite working in one of the busiest spots in the main restaurant, she always greets you with a big smile. Her pasta is incredible, especially when she mixes it inside that massive wheel of cheese. Absolute perfection. ​As an added bonus, the location is spot on, with a connected beech and a huge range of cocktails made to order and expert staff creating them for you. If you like a bit of shopping, the local Grand Bazaar is only a 5-to-7-minute walk away. It’s huge, incredibly safe, and the stallholders aren't pushy at all. It’s been a great spot for an evening stroll to pick up local products and clothes. ​We still have a few days left, but we’re already so grateful for such a relaxing, fun, and memorable escape. Highly recommended for families!

We’re pretty easy going and easy to please but I think we probably had higher expectations of this hotel having read the other reviews. It was ‘ok’. Rooms were ‘ok’ - cleaning was a bit hit and miss - didn’t bother cleaning the glasses most days. Food was ‘ok’ - à la carte offering was poor - we ate in all 3. Service was mixed - bars were generally good but we had mixed service in restaurants - some quite rude. Reception was pretty rude too - not a particularly warm welcome and we had to change a key which wasn’t working and that seemed to be a problem too…. Grounds are ok but too many people for the small land they have. Shows were repetitive in the evening. Kids club was too young for my 9 year old and the older ‘fun’ club was pretty much empty of anything much ‘fun’…. There was a better ‘fun club’ at the sister hotel next door which we were told we could use but the boys went and were told they couldn’t use it. Personally for better grounds, service, restaurants, location and rooms I’d go somewhere like Paloma Finesse. I was expecting more for this holiday but others we’ve been to in Turkey are much better ☹️
