Fantastic Hotel 💖 We stayed for 10 nights, from 11th to 21st August. We are from the UK and travelled with my husband and our 14-year-old daughter, and this is my honest review. Our stay was incredible! The food was amazing, with so much choice. The buffet was great, and the Beach Bar was perfect for a quick, easy and delicious lunch. We also visited three of the à la carte restaurants — Asian, Mexican and Italian. Our favourite was definitely the Italian, so make sure you go hungry! 😋 The staff were friendly, helpful and always working extremely hard throughout the day. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The pool, waterslides and beach were all fantastic. The pool temperature was perfect, and the cool boxes provided by your sunbeds were such a great touch. There were always plenty of activities going on throughout the day and evening. The shows were professional and really entertaining. The entertainment team work incredibly hard to provide a fun programme for everyone, and it definitely shows. We loved that the hotel isn't massive. Everything is within easy reach, and you're never too far away from anything, which made getting around really easy. We particularly loved the cocktails at the Martini Bar, which had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere with live music every evening. The Beach Bar also had a DJ every night until late, and we enjoyed many evenings dancing the night away! 💃🏻 We were also there for the Boho Party on the pier, which was absolutely fabulous. It was brilliantly planned and very well organised — definitely one of the highlights of our holiday! There was a great mixture of nationalities staying at the hotel — English, Russian, Turkish, French and many more — which we really enjoyed. It gave the hotel a lovely international atmosphere. We stayed in the main hotel, and my only small gripe would be that our room was a little on the small side. However, we weren't in the room very much because we were having so much fun, so it really wasn't a major issue for us. We visited Land of Legends for the day and absolutely loved it. We actually booked this through the hotel, and it worked out slightly cheaper than booking online, so it's worth checking with the hotel before booking independently. Belek City Centre is only around 5 minutes away by taxi. We did find the town quite quiet compared with other places we've visited in Turkey, but this wasn't an issue for us as we mainly stayed at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly for families with young children and teenagers. We felt safe, relaxed and very well looked after throughout our stay. We genuinely enjoyed every minute of our holiday ❤️

We're a family of 4 and this was our first visit to Turkey having visited the likes of Cyprus, Crete, Spain etc. The hotel facilities are great and the service is brilliant. Staff are attentive and hard working, both the bar/restaurant staff and the entertainment reps. I couldn't fault their efforts but not all of them could speak English which made some conversations a bit challenging but overall not a big issue. Food was ok. The outdoor section was the best offering a variety of food (meat, fish, Turkish, Chinese) but if you want pasta then you'll be disappointed because it was always overcooked and lacked any flavour. We always found something we enjoyed each night but there was a lot on offer that was probably aimed at a specific nationality which wasn't to our taste. Desserts were a huge disappointment, they were so vibrant and looked amazing but didn't really taste of much. Again, there was usually something on offer that was nice but it was a shame to see such a large and colourful offering each night that didn't taste great and that's coming from someone who has a sweet tooth. The entertainment area is outdoors and is spacious so that was great for watching shows. The shows were good but pretty much every night it was acrobats of some sort so the lack of variety meant we would only watch the first 5-10mins then play games amongst ourselves. Again, no big issue because we don't rely on evening shows and there's plenty of seating in the lobby bar or the Martini bar to grab drinks and entertain yourself. Bar staff will be on hand to keep you topped up and most recalled our order which was a nice touch. The slides were good and the pool is spacious but not good for kids under 130cm because there isn't a shallow end. It made it a bit tricky because one of my boys couldn't stand up. We bought an inflatable so he didn't have to tread water but it's quite a failing not to have a shallow section especially considering the size of the pool. There was no mad rush with getting sun loungers. We went to breakfast around 8:30 and dropped our stuff off on the way and always got a good spot which is much better than other experiences when the loungers are snapped up stupidly early. There are games for both adults and kids throughout the day which we all got involved in. Some are poolside, others are by the grass section which is between the beach and the pool. They aren't always made well known so it's worth making yourself familiar with the daily plan so you can keep an eye out on what's going on. Overall we had a great time, as mentioned in other reviews I would say this is a 4 Star hotel, our room was good but nothing special. Other guests weren't particularly welcoming and tended to stare as if there was a problem. Not the hotels fault but it's mentioned in other reviews so clearly not a one off. It just felt a bit of a different vibe to the other hotels we had previously visited prior to Turkey but once you got over that it wasn't a problem.

Clean rooms, good service, nice food and entertainments. Location is good

There aren’t many hotels I wouldn’t return to... but unfortunately, this is one of them. We kept hearing about the hotel’s “concept”. We’re still not entirely sure what the concept actually is. Having stayed in several 5-star hotels along the Turkish coast, this definitely didn’t feel like a 5-star experience to us. We booked last minute and had a standard room. It was pleasant, clean and perfectly adequate, but nothing spectacular. We also had the gentle background soundtrack of air-conditioning units and the kitchens below. The bed and pillows were really comfy, although strangely there was no top sheet, just a waffle-style blanket which felt a bit like sleeping under an exfoliating towel. Arrival didn’t exactly scream 5-star either. We weren’t shown to our room and our luggage didn’t make it there, so after waiting around 20 minutes my husband went back to retrieve it himself. Not the greatest first impression. There is LOTS of food. You certainly won’t starve, although after a few days it did start to feel a little repetitive. There are other restaurants available, but we weren’t prepared to pay an extra €10 each when we’d already paid for an all-inclusive 5-star hotel. The restaurant staff deserve credit. They work incredibly hard and were attentive throughout our stay. Then there’s the sunbed situation. Imagine Tetris, but with sunbeds. They are crammed around the pool and across the grass, which gets muddy, and the usual dawn sunbed claiming championships are alive and well. Finding a bed around the pool could be a challenge. The over 18 areas sounded like a great idea, although the “over 18” part appeared to be more of a suggestion than a rule at times. We ended up booking a pavilion for two days simply to escape the crowds, which was lovely, but again involved spending extra money to get the relaxing experience we’d hoped for in the first place. The spa sales approach also became a bit of a running joke. We were approached about massages for three days. By day three, the price had magically dropped by around 50%. It did leave us wondering why there couldn’t just be a clear, transparent price from the start rather than playing Deal or No Deal: Turkish Spa Edition. We also wanted to visit Land of Legends and were told Uber didn’t come to the hotel. However, conveniently, they could radio a car for us at €25 ONE WAY. We politely decided that Land of Legends could remain a legend. Despite all this, we did have a pleasant holiday. The weather was beautiful, we enjoyed being away together and there were certainly some positives. But would we return? No. There are simply too many genuinely fantastic 5-star hotels along this coast to come back to one that left us wondering where the fifth star had gone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort, and we would like to say a special thank you to the amazing animation team and all the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special mention goes to the animation team( Merey, Moustapha, olga……..) ! They brought so much energy, fun and positive vibes everyday. They created such a great atmosphere and made sure everyone felt included and had a fantastic time. Thank you for the entire team for making our holiday special.
