The hotel itself is beautiful, the beach and sea are absolutely stunning, and we also really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment is the service. The service is honestly very poor. It often feels like you only get proper attention if you give a tip. We stayed in other hotels before this one, and the difference was huge. There, the staff regularly came to our table during lunch and dinner, brought us water, checked if we needed anything, and generally paid attention to the guests. Here, the staff simply walk past you without even looking at you, even when they are not busy. The service at the bar is even worse. You can be standing there waiting for a drink while other people come later and are served before you. You can easily end up waiting another 20 minutes, while the staff seem completely uninterested. It really feels like guests are being ignored unless they are Turkish or are giving tips. There are also a lot of Turkish guests here, and unfortunately it feels like almost everything is focused on them. The service, seating areas and restaurants often seem to revolve around Turkish guests, while other guests are left waiting or ignored. As a foreign guest, this can make you feel very unwelcome. The outdoor seating area also needs much more attention. There are constantly berries falling from the trees into our plates, and our clothes have been getting dirty because of them. In general, some areas of the hotel could use better cleaning and maintenance. There is quite a lot of mess and dirt around, and unfortunately there is also a strong unpleasant smell in many places. It is a shame because the hotel has so much potential. The location is beautiful, the sea is amazing, the beach is beautiful, and the food is good. But the service really needs significant improvement. For us, this has been by far the biggest negative aspect of our stay. I also want to add that it feels like the staff expect a tip for absolutely everything. Every time they do even the smallest thing for you, they smile at you and immediately seem to expect a tip. Honestly, it feels ridiculous — as if I haven’t already paid enough money for my holiday.

I spent a week with the family and had a great time. We had a room in a bungalow and it was in the middle of a forrest, very quiet and a private garden pool. It was very nice and relaxing.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel. Beautiful property, great atmosphere, good facilities, and most importantly, very professional and caring staff. Special thanks to Burak and Ibrahim for their outstanding support and hospitality. They were attentive, helpful, and did everything possible to make our family comfortable. A special appreciation to Ibrahim for his professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Thanks to Burak, Ibrahim, and the whole hotel team, we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

Pros- the weather in Antalya (you will surely get plenty of sun - if you can find a sunbed, that is) Cons- 1) the place looks like an outdated late 90s hotel, in desperate need for an update, from the rooms, the outdoor furniture and exterior of the buildings in the lake house area, but also the actual pools - finding loose tiles on the floor of every pool was a daily activity, even in the Pirate pool, designated for young children 2) the food is absolutely terrible - the ingredients are of the lowest quality, which is outrageous for a family resort, not to mention a 5 star one. None of the vegetables or fruit had any kind of flavour - in full summer?! Also, which 5 star hotel gives you Nescafe and paper cups in the room instead of proper coffee and proper ceramic cups? 3) we weren't "lucky" enough to benefit from daily housekeeping - which indeed changed after speaking to the manager 4) late check-in, in a chaotic setting 5) the sunbeds are completely insufficient- of course you can go on the beach, where there are plenty, but the beach is rocky, has a steep entrance, is loud and crowded and looks more like the most basic beach ever 6) the a la carte restaurants are only available for dinner and it is very difficult to get a table 7) the personnel- should you speak only english (and not turkish or russian), you are in big trouble, the level is very basic and also "restricted" to the lobby area - which makes solving any issue quite difficult 8) you can get towels free of charge, but only between 10-12, god forbid you would want them sooner All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have ever travelled to a proper 5 star hotel, unless you want to feel robbed and hungry for a week
