Senza Sunset Beach Hotel

The hotel was absolutely terrible. The food selection was extremely limited, and I don’t even want to start talking about the cleanliness and housekeeping — because there simply wasn’t any proper cleaning. The bed sheets were not changed for the entire week. The towels were dirty, and the overall room cleaning was awful. After returning to our room following housekeeping, we found the bathroom floor mat thrown into the trash bin together with used toilet paper. Both the towels and bed linen had stains on them. As for the dishes, I honestly have no idea when they were last replaced — everything looked old, worn out, and heavily used. The only positive things about this hotel are the sea, the beautiful mountain views, and the absolutely incredible sunsets. Unfortunately, those things alone are not enough to make up for such a disappointing stay.

The hotel was okay overall, but unfortunately, the all-inclusive experience was very disappointing. The location is quite far from everything, so you basically need to take a taxi or have a car whenever you want to go anywhere. There are no shops, restaurants, or other facilities within walking distance. The food selection was very limited, and the all-inclusive concept was poor and only available during restricted hours. The snack bar was especially disappointing – basically just fries and dry hamburgers with very little variety. Another negative point is the Wi-Fi. If you want to use Wi-Fi, you have to pay extra, which I think is unreasonable for an all-inclusive hotel. The rooms are quite small and clearly worn down. The walls and bathrooms especially are in need of renovation and maintenance. Overall, the hotel was acceptable for a short stay, but the location, food, limited all-inclusive service, extra charge for Wi-Fi, and condition of the rooms made the experience disappointing. I would definitely not choose to come back here with my family.

Not good experience with this chain of hotels. We was transferred from like from 5 stars hotel to 4 stars. And the condition are not acceptable. We are 4 people and they give us a room for 3 people. And bring one more bed. We don't have space in the room. I'm not recommending it.

We booked this hotel despite reading mixed reviews beforehand. We thought everyone is entitled to their own opinion and experience, but unfortunately, we have to conclude that the criticism was completely justified. Check-in & Room After a long journey, everything went wrong upon arrival, and we had to wait for 2 full hours just to get our room. When we finally walked in, the toilet was broken and a technician had to come fix it immediately. On top of that, the balcony door was so stiff that you had to pull it open with brute force. The entire hotel gives a very outdated and poorly maintained impression. Hygiene & Food The hygiene in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The cutlery and dinner plates are frequently dirty; you literally see guests searching around for a clean plate. The food is also very repetitive (pretty much the same thing every day) and there is no red meat at all, only chicken and turkey. The drink and soft drink selection is also extremely limited. Atmosphere, Staff & Entertainment What really bothered us was how management treated the staff. Superiors were openly shouting at the Indonesian employees to clean things up, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere during your holiday. Credit where credit's due: the room housekeepers and bar staff worked really hard, and the evening entertainment was also very good. Pool Area There are way too few sunbeds at the pool for the number of guests. If you don't join the madness of waking up at 06:00 AM to lay down a towel, you simply won't have a spot to lie down for the rest of the day. Conclusion Aside from the hardworking cleaning crew, bar staff, and good evening shows: a poorly maintained hotel, dirty plates/cutlery, monotonous food, and a very unpleasant work atmosphere. Absolutely not a place we would ever return to.

Good experience, i was with wife, next time i'll go with kids couse a lot of things there can do, very nice place, food is good, employees are also nice :)
