Very good hotel, nice and helpfull entertainment team, a lot of activities for every one. Highly recommended.

We travelled as a family of 5 children aged 14, 10 and 7 in August and stayed for 14 days. From the moment we arrived we received exceptional service. The room was cleaned daily, the food was always plentiful (sometimes it could have been hotter) you get fresh beach towels everyday, never a problem to get a sun lounger, still plenty available in the afternoon. Hotel and grounds spotless and well maintained. Entertainment staff are amazing, a big shout out to Yuanis who was amazing with my youngest. My boys loved the slides, the life guards were hit and miss, some were more strict than others. I spent 12 days going down the slides with my youngest to then be told adults were no longer allowed on the sides, no idea why as we never encountered a problem. There are age restrictions on all the slides, the large kamikaze slide has an age 16 rating, the other 3 slides you need to be 9 and 12. I do think this needs to be looked at. The high ropes and low ropes also has an age/height restriction. The hotel is quite remote, I knew this when I booked so wasn’t an issue for us, and the hotel has so much going on that you don’t need to leave. Lots of entertainment in the evening, best we have experienced. Best holiday we have had as a family and will book again for next year.

Great entertainment team, very good atmosphere in the hotel. If You like fitness and yoga You can count for Busra the Yoga and fitness instructor, she is the Wright person who show You beauty of .....highly recomendet

We been here two times , amazing hotel , good entertamnt especially layla from egypt she was so friendly and helpful we will back next year and we hope tk see her here 🥰
