A special appreciation to Ms. Trinh from the Front Desk at Victoria Hotel. What impressed me was not that everything went perfectly from the beginning but how Trinh handled the situation when an issue occurred. From the moment the incident happened, she remained calm, attentive and genuinely took ownership of the situation. More importantly, she didn’t simply “solve a problem”; she listened, followed up, communicated clearly, and turned an uncomfortable moment into a positive guest experience. That, to me, is what true hospitality is about. Thank you, Trinh, for making the recovery feel personal, sincere and professional.

I had several massages from BInh and all were amazing

We had a wonderful six day stay here as part of our first ever visit to Vietnam. The hotel is 25 years old and located with direct access to the beach. Fabulous room with panoramic Sea views. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful and we particularly remember Cue for her assistance at breakfast.

Hailed as a famous hotel in the region we were excited and loved the overall old style look of the hotel. The service was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the one evening meal buffet was lovely, so much choice. There were little touches like chocolate before bedtime, lanterns as you leave that were lovely. It was a little way out and the cycling (whilst free) was harrowing as was the walking into town. Grabs are recommended. Nice to be able to wander to the beach. The kids room had an amazing bathroom ours needed updating and river view means view over the road and river which wasn’t ideal. Lovely to be able to swim till 10pm.
