Nikko Saigon

One of the hotel's wings is a shopping complex, and it is situated in the center of the city. The room was large, immaculate, and quite cozy. But the service was what really stood out to me. Each staff welcomed us with sincere kindness and professionalism. I want to thank Kevin at reception in particular for going above and above by his outstanding conduct We had a great time staying at this hotel. It was a memorable visit because to outstanding service, first-rate amenities, and a tranquil setting.

Our stay was very comfortable, because room was clean and food was delicious! Also, service is nice , they spoke to me with a smile! Thanks for Raymond!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon during our business trip and truly enjoyed the Executive Lounge experience. A special thank you to Vy, Sophie, and Harvey from the Executive Lounge team for their warm welcome, attentive service, and genuine hospitality throughout our stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness made us feel very well taken care of. Special thanks to Vy for going the extra mile to help us arrange our spa appointment. Came down to the lobby bar with a mate for a couple of cocktails and honestly, best decision all trip. Minh and Phuong looked after us so well — genuinely some of the friendliest, most attentive staff we’ve come across on this trip. Nothing was too much trouble. The signature cocktail they whipped up was next level, seriously one of the best I’ve had. You can tell these guys actually know their craft. Service was spot on, and the vibe with live music was great — couldn’t fault a thing. 100% coming back before we head home — can’t recommend this place enough, and can’t recommend Minh and Phuong enough either!

We had 5 nights in the club junior suite. Absolutely excellent service. Vy at the club lounge is a wonderful ambassador for the company. She is incredibly hardworking, personable and bubbly. The pool is wonderful- the pool attendants are completely clued In as to what needs to be done. The service level in the whole hotel is amazing. Things just seem to happen without effort. Shuttle bus service is excellent. Breakfast amazing. We normally stay at the Sofitel which unfortunately no longer could meet this Nikko standard.
