Zazz Urban Ho Chi Minh

Zazz Urban Ho Chi Minh hotel is very new, we stayed on 8th floor room 801 for 2 nights 18/3/26, the room is very comfortable and clean Breakfast is the best from all the hotels we have stayed during this trip I would highly recommend Zazz Urban hotel to friends and family

Clean hotel. Very friendly and obliging staff- particularly Kyle and Fiona who facilitated us on our last day when we had a late flight. Nice rooftop swimming pool for the kids.

The hotel is located in the Cholon district although not very near to major spots to visit. The room are clean and quiet, breakfast offers local and western food, staff is welcoming. There's also a rooftop bar and a swimming pool on the upper floor, unfortunately during my stay were closed. A small fitness center is available at the same floor. The only downturn is the location, you are 20 minutes away from the center of Opera House, Ben Tanh Market and the are near Nguyen Hue street.

I was misguided by the previous reviews and booked this hotel for my business trip in Ho Chi Minh City. Because of the state of the hotel I shortened my trip. Firstly the rooms are relatively small and uncomfortable , with a smell from the lobby to the rooms probably due to lack of cleaning of the carpets. The big disappointment was the breakfast which was typical of a local hotel or worse.

This boutique hotel is exceptional, boasting superb cleanliness and excellent customer service. I have chosen to stay at this hotel four times due to its convenient location, which met my needs perfectly. I find it puzzling that some reviewers are complaining about the location. If the location does not suit your preferences, why book there in the first place? Criticizing the hotel for something beyond its control seems unjust. The breakfast is of high quality, with bespoke dishes made to order complementing the buffet. Given the hotel's size, it is unreasonable to expect an excessive amount of buffet food that may go to waste. To those reviewers desiring an abundance of food options each morning, I urge them to consider the bigger picture and practice humility by appreciating what they have. This reasonably priced hotel is not obligated to provide every amenity under the sun, so setting realistic expectations is essential. It offers great value for the price paid. If you desire more, seek accommodations elsewhere.
