Atlantica Aqua Blue

Highly recommend Atlantica Aqua Blue for a family holiday! Everything was great, but a huge shoutout goes to Deborah from the entertainment crew. She was incredibly welcoming, sweet, and made our stay so bright. My daughter loved the beautiful flower face painting Deborah did for her, and I really enjoyed a fantastic morning yoga session with her. Seeing her around the hotel always put a smile on our faces. Thank you Deborah for taking such good care of us!

We had a great time at Atlantica blue. Deborah from the animation team was absolutely amazing. She literally had everyone off the sunbeds doing aerobics, bringing good vibes and energy. The children loved her too. She is an absolute credit to the team and hotel. She really went above and beyond to make the holiday makers stay memorable and fun! The hotel was nice but a bit of a maze. Rooms were lovely, however not always cleaned properly. There was a young man who i liked cleaning our room because it was utterly spotless when he was on shift. Food was nice but repetitive, one toaster for a hotel of hundreds which was slightly annoying. The bar staff, pool bar staff and deborah really keep this hotel going. They literally ensure everyone is having a great time and are so lovely with the children. The swimming pools are amazing and absolutely spotless.I honestly can’t emphasise how amazing deborah and the pool/bar staff are- what a credit to have such wonderful people working at the hotel.

Near the beach, 3 min walk. Three swimming pools. Big slides with swimming pool for kids. Aqua aerobic available every day. I participated in Deborah's group. She is fantastic. My whole body was exercised. She is encouraging participants to work out to the maximum of their strength. Clean rooms and all other pkaces. Polite and friendly staff. The food is very good. It is 50 minutes from Larnaca Airport. Near restaurants and night life places. I recommend it.

The hotel offers very good cleaning service. Spacious rooms fully equipped. Three swimming pools and a big one for kids with slides, with lifeguards. Food is delicious with a big variety to indulge your stomach. Daily amusement. I had aqua aerobic with Deborah. She loves her job and focuses on all parts of the body and in a way, pushes to fully participate. The location is in a quiet area, three minutes walk to the organised beach area. Staff is friendly and polite. I fully recommend it. Good value for your money.

A Terrible Experience – I Strongly Recommend Staying Elsewhere Our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible, particularly when it came to the air conditioning, heat, humidity, and the way the management handled the situation. Despite the extremely hot and humid conditions, the air conditioning in the hotel was either turned off or limited to 25°C. We were explicitly told that this was a management decision to turn off or restrict the air conditioning. The rooms were unbearably hot, our children became dehydrated, and we were simply unable to sleep properly. To make matters worse, there was a storm outside. The pools were closed, while all the other activities continued to operate according to their regular schedules, meaning there was virtually nothing available for families with children to do. At one point, the lobby was full of guests and children simply standing around with nothing to do. The food in the main restaurant was also extremely disappointing and, frankly, below an acceptable standard for a hotel of this level. What was perhaps most frustrating was the management and customer service. The management was completely unhelpful, and our attempts to get assistance were met with terrible customer service. On one occasion, a staff member actually hung up the phone on us. The frontline employees genuinely tried to help and went above and beyond, but it was clear that management did not give them the authority or ability to actually resolve the problems. This was supposed to be a holiday, but instead it felt like a struggle from beginning to end. I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying at this hotel think twice and look for alternatives. If you are looking for a holiday rather than an exhausting and frustrating experience, stay somewhere else.
