Atlantica Bay

Lovely clean hotel, close to the sea front. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The entertainment team were fab and there was always something to do day or night if you wanted to join in. There is a little shop in the hotel which sells food, drink, clothes souvenirs and some toiletries. They have a large library on the 2nd floor, which is nice and peaceful. Found the food tasty with plenty of choice. We went to both A la Carte restaurants which we would recommend although totally different from each other. Room was spacious with plenty of hangers, an iron and a hairdryer. Only downside for us was the shower. When you used it, it flooded the bathroom. Was a design fault so nothing they could of done about it. Would really recommend this hotel, we had a lovely time.

5/5 — An amazing stay! Can't wait to come back!!!! The food was absolutely amazing, with so much choice! Both the beach à la carte restaurant and hotel restaurant were fantastic, with great-quality food and plenty of variety. Tip: download the Atlantica app or book your à la carte reservations with reception as soon as you arrive, as they do get booked up! The poolside service was fabulous and honestly felt like 5-star service. The staff were so attentive, friendly and always made us feel well looked after. The rooms were beautiful — modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, with housekeeping every day, which was such a lovely touch. The entertainment team were fantastic too. You never feel pressured to join in, but if you do want to take part, they make everything so enjoyable. We especially loved the Sip & Paint/craft activity! The Mamma Mia movie night was also so much fun and such a lovely touch. I also loved winning bingo as we won the Cabana experience (fresh fruit and prosecco) <3 The location isn’t the best if you’re looking to be right in the centre, but honestly, the hotel has such a lovely resort feel that we didn’t really want to leave anyway! There is a bus stop directly outside, with buses running throughout the day and into the late evening. It’s around 20–25 minutes into the main town and only €2, so getting around was really easy. If you’re worried about booking, don’t be you won’t be disappointed! We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning next year. There's a beach 2 minute walk away from hotel, unfortunately not golden sand but lots of water sports. Loved the paddle boarding and free sunbeds from hotel! A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so special! ❤️

adult only lovely location short walk to the beach. loved the staff couldn't do to much for you. rooms where clean towels every day bed made everyday fridge with fizzy,beer and water. worth the money if you go all inclusive. There was no noise but great at night especially silent disco and the singers great nights quiz was great. tui rep brilliant can't wait to go back best staff ever never left you without a drink. and all the trips we went on brilliant

We stayed at the hotel last year and it was excellent. On deciding to return this year we were concerned that it would not live up to the expectations that we had from the previous year however we needn’t have worried. I am coeliac (gluten free) and had emailed the hotel regarding this as I had done the previous year. We arrived about 1am and along with welcome fizz there were also sandwiches and fruit waiting for the late arrival guests. The hotel had also arranged for a plate of gluten free wraps for myself. Gluten free beers had also been placed in my room fridge which were replenished daily. At meal times all foodstuffs had allergy indicators beside them and there was always a varied choice for myself. Staff were all excellent and a credit to the hotel. A special thank you to Yiannis in the restaurant for answering any questions I had about the food and keeping us amused with his friendly Scottish dialect he will use if he hears your Scottish accent. The pool bar staff are fantastic and walk around the pools taking orders from your sunbeds and also come round with mini ice creams, fruit and cold face towels. A shout out to the cheeky chappie Sunil who was one of the pool bar staff who kept us amused and remembered us from the previous year. Don’t forget to book early for the 2 à la cart meals as they are excellent and places fill up very quickly. My wife also had the 80 min full body massage by Nicola at the spa and said it was amazing. Another wonderful holiday at this hotel and sad to leave but we will definitely be returning.

Just back from a week’s stay at this hotel and I can honestly say it’s a great place to stay! The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. A special shout-out to Gajendra, who served us around the pool. He was such a lovely guy, always making sure we had drinks and even remembering our orders without us having to ask. He really went above and beyond! The hotel was cleaned regularly and was absolutely spotless. There were activities throughout the day, including volleyball, painting, quizzes, bingo and many more, if you chose to get involved. Another lovely touch was the cool towels provided around the pool area — they always brought them around at just the right time. I would say the location lets the hotel down slightly, as there isn’t a huge amount around. There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby, although there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to areas with more shops and things to do. The beach also wasn’t the best, to be honest, as it was quite pebbly and the sand wasn’t great. The food was really good, all freshly cooked, with a decent amount of choice. I’m quite a fussy eater and there was only one night where I didn’t particularly enjoy the dinner options. Overall, amazing value for money and I would definitely return!
