We would like to highlight that the hotel occupies an exceptional location, offering a beautiful sea view. First and foremost, the highlight of the establishment is the main restaurant, which delivers outstanding food quality and exemplary daily service. Special recognition goes to the dining hall manager, Mr. Andreas, who oversees the breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. He coordinates top-tier standards among the waitstaff and the kitchen team, ensuring a truly wonderful guest experience. The food is exceptional. However, the rest of the hotel staff should look up to the exceptional service provided in the main restaurant. Regarding the accommodations, the rooms are kept clean but are dated and require renovation. Furthermore, the gym facilities and the entertainment program would benefit from increased investment. The hotel possesses immense potential, and we would certainly return for another stay.

Excellent hotel, in a good and quiet location. The bus station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel, there are also 2 markets, as well as a beautiful sandy beach just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The people who work at the hotel are wonderful and welcoming, so you feel welcome from the start. Also praise for the managers, we had a problem with noise due to the position of the room, it was bothering us to sleep and they came out to meet us and changed the room. The food is fantastic, we took the all inclusive mainly because of the food and we are really satisfied. A very large selection of everything, and everything is prepared very tasty, it is not monotonous, so any recommendations for cooks, people, you are excellent! The waiters are also great. Mr. Andreas, the head of the restaurant, contributed the most to the good impression. A wonderful gentleman, very kind and pleasant, he treated my fiance and me as if he were our father and somehow we quickly became attached to him. A very great professional and human being, above all. I would also like to praise Mrs. Ana, a wonderful pupil, always smiling and kind. Great location with a beautiful sea view. The absolute best part of the hotel is the main restaurant, which offers outstanding food and daily service. A special shoutout to Mr. Andreas, the dining hall manager, and his team for their top-notch service that makes guests feel truly welcome. The rest of the hotel staff should definitely look up to the restaurant team's standards.On the downside, the clean rooms are outdated and need renovation. The gym and the entertainment program also require more investment. The hotel has massive potential, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a sea view room which was picturesque. Waking up every morning to the amazing view was worth the extra cost. The rooms were spacious and ideal for a family of 4. The pool areas were clean, lots of sun beds and you didn’t have to rush around early to find beds. We stayed AI and the food was great, we were there 2 weeks and didn’t feel like we were eating the same thing every day. All food was labelled vegetarian/ vegan with plenty of vegan options available. Vegan milks and butter available … if not out just ask. The chefs were amazing and friendly, happy to answer questions. The salad bowls at the pool bar went down a treat and they also did hummus wraps and falafel. Gym is small but has good equipment. You can walk into aiya napa from the hotel, it’s about a 15 minute walk.

Visited with my fiancée. We had a wonderful time. Rooms were super clean, the view from our was facing the sea and it was superb. Food quality was excellent, the chef is really a master. The hotel manager is doing an amazing job as the hotel looks like it’s running very smooth. The staff is super kind and welcoming. Hospitality here is amazing. Highly recommended.
