Sunrise Jade - Adults Only

We stayed at Sunrise Jade Hotel the last week in August. This hotel is very nice and quiet. Beautiful sea view and a nice pool area with a good pool bar. One of the best things are the fact that you can choose your own sun bed for a whole week. Nobody can put their towels there, which is a relief. The room is nice and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is good with a fine variety of dishes. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing missing is a proper beach with sand and sun beds. There is a small one with pebbles and rocks, not inviting to a swim. But all in all a splendid hotel, and we will come back again.

I honestly don’t know where to start, from checking in to checking out everything was perfect reception staff checked us in as concierge took our cases to the room we arrived late evening so they brought sandwiches up to our room, the room/bathroom in 412 was amazing the bed was huge, water replaced every day, housekeeping kept the rooms immaculate clean towels daily if needed, a robe and slippers for your stay they also knocked at 5.30ish pm with complementary chocolates, Nickola and her team in the restaurant could not do enough for you, always a very warm welcome into the restaurant, shout out to Anna, who is like a machine that girl never stops, Georgi and his team of chefs keeping all the food topped up there was plenty of fantastic some mouth watering food comes out of the kitchen, breakfast can be busy around the omelette/pancake area but both are worth the wait, bar staff around the pool are constantly busy but never waited long for a drink, life guards are very friendly and keep the pool area spotless a lovely touch is getting a frozen flannel just after lunch these are gladly welcomed, the idea of choosing your own sun loungers is great no getting up at 6 am to save a sun bed, checkout Patisserie Amelie they do amazing homemade waffles and ice creams also a mean caramel iced latte, if you like the sun all day choose a bed further away from the hotel on the grassy area as you get the sun till about 6pm there, only a 1 minute walk to the nearest little cove which is pebbled (sea shoes were a blessing) the water is crystal clear. No complaints from me apart from I didn’t stay long enough, we will definitely be returning

An overall good hotel. All the way from check in to check out nothing was too much trouble. The allocation of sunbeds is a brilliant idea. A little bit of entertainment was provided of an evening. The Asian restaurant in the hotel is excellent. The main swimming pool is very cold, too cold for me even in the nice hot and sunny weather. Hotel was generally quiet the rooms were well laid out and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Another fabulous stay at our fave hotel in Cyprus It’s like coming home every time we arrive Amazing staff throughout , shout out to Ishwar the pool guy he works tirelessly and is so friendly and pleasant he’s a credit to hotel Jeda , Anna , Andreas again so friendly and welcoming The food again was lovely , pan Asian night and Ginger are delicious I would certainly recommend this hotel and will most definitely return

Absolutely loved our stay – one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly, I really don’t understand how anyone could give this hotel a bad review! The food was amazing. Breakfast and evening meals are buffet style with loads of choice, plus you can swap your evening meal for the restaurant attached to the hotel or one of the restaurants in Protaras. The pool area is fantastic, and having allocated sunbeds made everything so much more relaxed. No getting up at silly o’clock to reserve a bed! Every afternoon, you’re also given ice to help keep cool in the Cyprus heat — such a thoughtful touch. Our room was lovely, with a huge, super-comfortable bed and a beautiful view over the hills. Housekeeping were brilliant, and the little chocolate left in the room every afternoon was another lovely touch. The location is perfect — around a 15-minute walk into Protaras along a lovely, well-lit promenade. There’s a little beach area by the hotel, but we preferred swimming straight into the sea from the steps. And one of the absolute highlights was swimming with turtles on most days. It was honestly so special and something we’ll never forget. 🐢💙 We’ve had an amazing time and genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The food, location, pool, rooms and thoughtful touches made this one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. How anyone can give this hotel a bad review, I honestly don’t know! We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. ❤️
