TUI BLUE Atlantica Aeneas Resort

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. We booked as a last minute deal, and got the holiday for 2 adults and 4 children at an exceptionally low price. I was a tad nervous reading negative reviews but we've really had a great time. The food is plentiful, hot and varied in the buffet. The kids all enjoyed the snack bar, and i think my boys ate them out of nuggets at one point ! It is a great idea to serve varied food outside and still have a buffet for a different option. ALC restaurants were good. The food was nice. Mohamed and Osaama at the Hector bar demonstrated wonderful customer service skills every day, and always kept their cool with some rather rude guests who were demanding. They always acted professionally which I think the hotel should recognise this skill. Our favourite barman was Abdul at the wet bar! He was just amazing with any guest, and was genuinely interested in their stories and offered quick and efficient service. His bar was always busy and im sure it was because of his customer focused traits. The amount of guests saying bye to him at the end of their stay showed how much he was respected. Our room was big and cleaned daily. The hotel respected our request of a quiet room for my ASD Son, which we were really appreciative of. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member. Everyone wanted to please. The only downside for me was the pool toilets were wet and not always clean. It was a slip hazard. I also found the pool side very slippery and 2 of my children nearly slipped when walking which made me nervous. Other that the two cons above, we had an enjoyable stay and would return to wonderful food, a great variety of drink, friendly honest staff and the clean hotel. We never had issues with sun beds. Got 4 or 5 beds together every day.

Just returned from a fabulous holiday here, we love Cyprus and this hotel is exceptional. Beautiful rooms, good location, great food and very helpful staff. Probably the nicest hotel in Cyprus that we have stayed in and we've stayed in many over the years. The sea views are breath taking and whilst there is plenty to do in the hotel in maintains an air of relaxation, which was perfect for us. Just want to mention we both had amazing massages in the spa, not something we often do as they are not always very good in the hotels, but Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful in arranging this for us, so a big thank you to him and the spa team. Also a big thank you to all the gardeners who keep everything looking beautiful and to Paul and the animation team who work so hard too. We went as a couple but it would be perfect for a family holiday too. All in all a very good trip and we are looking forward to returning here next year.

I wanted to write a review of this hotel having been here for 2 weeks. Like many others I was a little dubious about this hotel before coming given some of the reviews but I can honestly say that I think those reviews are most unfair. Rooms We were upgraded to a pool view room and were in the building opposite the reception and main pool. The room was clean and there was plenty of space for me, my husband and 2x children. The rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard. Food Drink and Snacks The food was really good here. There was a wide variety of options for all meal times. The salads and desserts were particularly good. There were plenty of different options for drinks and the snack bar was fab. Service The staff that work here all work so hard to make this place a wonderful place to holiday. They were all polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Kids Club They were absolutely brilliant. Our children went in every day and went to the evening Tui Bot Party both weeks and the parties they held on Mondays. They truly had the best time in there and the staff that work in there are a credit to this hotel. Entertainment Yes this is geared at children until 8.30pm approx but that is why we choose this hotel. We wanted our children to be entertained and the team did a great job with that. They show so much enthusiasm and we enjoyed the childrens entertainment plus the quizzes and some of the live shows. Michael Jackson and Musicals Night were particularly good. If you want entertainment geared to adults then go to an adults only hotel. Sunbeds We managed to get Sunbeds daily where we wanted but did get up at 7.15am to get them. The hotel do seem to impose different rules daily depending on who is working as to whether you can reserve or not and this needs to be looked at by the hotel. Cleanliness The main gripe with this hotel is how some of the guests treat the hotel. The hotel is fab in terms of the layout and they provide more bins than any other we have stayed at and yet people cannot be bothered to walk a few metres to put their rubbish in the bin. I even ended up tidying up after others sometimes as it annoyed me so much. The hotel could do more during the day to keep on top of the cleanliness. Overall This is a fab hotel and you will have a fab time. It is in a great location close to the beach and close to Ayia Napa. We have been to many 5 star hotels and this is up there with the others. We like visiting different places and hotels so probably wouldn't come again but at the same time we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone with children. We probably wouldnt come here as a couple though.

This review is for the spa at Aeneas hotel. Adam advised due to my skin type I would benefit from the package which included a sauna, a soak and steam room, a massage and facial. Heba was Wonderful and highly skilled. She made me feel at ease and I would highly recommend her. She was very thorough, put lots of effort into my massage, and left me feeling revitalised, refreshed and relaxed. I am usually not one for splashing out on myself on a family holiday but this was worth euro... thank you Heba 😊.

We were approached by Adam to have some treatments in the Spa He suggested a range of treatments as we were there for a fortnight He explained about the various treatments and we decided to go ahead When we arrived at the spa we were greeted by the girls that were going to look after us They were very pleasant and knowledgable about the treatments and explained the steps over the various visits The treatments were excellent and the whole team showed how they worked together providing a very professional service through out our visits
