TUI SUNEO Supetar

Lovely location, right on beachfront of clean, calm and sheltered bay. Beach is public, not part of the resort but so close there is no need to rent beach loungers, just meander from your hotel lounger for a swim. Brac feels really safe, so you can relax and there are many bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities on the short walk to Supetar harbour. The resort had everything we needed and reception and bar staff could not have been better. The hairdryer in our room malfunctioned but within the hour of informing reception, we were supplied with a brand new (boxed) hairdryer. Food options catered for all needs as far as we could tell, with many vegetarian and plant based options, as well as some delicious meat and fish such as chargrilled chicken, prawns etc. Don't get me wrong, if you are looking for 5 star, book five star but this hotel was so nice, we truly relaxed for the first time in many years.

Love this hotel been here twice before , foods good ,it’s a beautiful hotel and we really enjoy it here , but there’s two aspects of this holiday which are going to make me think twice before coming again,and that’s the ferry journey to Brac and the ferry journey to split , somebody from TUI needs to take this trip and see how difficult I is with two 25kg cases and two hand luggage it’s bloody awful trying to get them up the stairs on the ferry half the time the escalator isn’t working then when you get off your very lucky if you don’t get run over by all the cars getting off it’s torture, Please TUI explain to me why you have to load all your cases on a coach for a 5min journey why doesn’t the coach go on the ferry , even if the coach is unable to to go on the ferry TUI should have a van to take everyone’s case over to split talking to people they all agree this an accident waiting to happen and surely there should be a better system in place.

We are extremely happy with our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were always ready to help with a smile (especially Tusher). The food was varied and delicious, with something for everyone. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing family holiday at TUI SUNEO Supetar and would happily return. From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it. The entertainment team were brilliant — friendly, energetic and always doing their best to get everyone involved. The only slight negative for us was the evening entertainment, which could have been a little better and more varied - this however did not effect our experience due to the hotel being a very short walk from the town with many shops/bars/historical landmarks. The sea is absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear water and stunning views. The hotel itself was also very impressive. Our room appeared to be newly refurbished to a really high standard, and it was clean, modern and comfortable. The food was amazing, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. Even as picky eaters, we always found something we really enjoyed. The cleaning team also did a great job, keeping the room fresh and tidy throughout our stay. Another big positive was the bar service — we rarely had to wait long, with only short queues even at busier times. Overall, we had a 10/10 holiday and absolutely loved our stay. The fantastic staff, beautiful sea, high-quality rooms and great food made it a holiday to remember. We would definitely come back! ❤️

Stayed 31st Aug. found the hotel excellent value for money. We found the food to be of a high standard. Always well presented. Plenty of choice, hot cooked food, great chilled selection, Always replensished always kept spotless. All hotel staff very friendly and helpfull. Hotel even implemented AI changes during our stay. They added more "long" alchoholic drinks" and a coffee machine (not the pay one previous review mentioned. Rooms clean and bright and recently refreshed. No sunlounger wars. Beautiful beach outside hotel outdoor area. Crystal clear waters with excellent snorkling. Beautiful Supertar Old harbour 10 minutes walk down a car free area. Many local restaurants and bars - not commercialised like Spanish resorts can be. Just a great place - Thankyou to the hotel .
