Hotel Icici

We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Beautiful location with direct access to the water. Each room has a beautiful sea view and balcony. With the exception of 1 grumpy person at the front desk, staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and well kept and the breakfast very generous and is constantly replenished. My only complaint would be that in the past couple years, the housekeeping staff has sadly declined. They do not vaccuum room daily, dont replenish bathroom ammenities or replace pool towels. I had to ask almost daily for something that hadnt been done. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

We stayed at Hotel Icici for 3 nights in the second half of May, 2026. It was our our 5th stay here. The staff was nice. We asked the reception to change our room and we got another one. Our room was actually designed for disabled persons, the entrance door was opening to the corridor, the bathroom was not the normal type, which was not really convenient for us after a while. Anyway, our room was clean. Parking was OK, now the card system worked properly. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Just one thing to mention. Why did not you replace the billiard pool table on the first level? We really missed it.

We spent another great time here before Halloween. Our room was very clean with a nice view as always. It was our fourth time at this hotel. Breakfast was fine and the dishes for dinners were also very good. The staff was very nice. The quality of the bed was great! The kids club was also a nice service! Parking was easy in the garage. Our only regret was the lack of a sauna. Please try to consider this option for future development for guests in the early and late seasons. Anyway, we want to return again!

This was the third time in a row from 2023 that we visited this hotel. The staff was really nice. We loved the location and the view. The quality of the beds was remarkable. Our sleeping quality was super. The hotel was super clean, parking was easy, it was an additional EUR 17/night. Breakfast was very good and the dinners as well. This hotel was again a perfect place to recharge our batteries. (The billiard table on level 0 should be fixed, if I may ask you so.) We want to come back again.

Everything was perfect! Rooms, restaurant, food, facilities for kids, very friendly and helpful staff,... Position of the Hotel, at the sea cost is fenomenal! I must emphasise Anny, who works in the restaurant, so helpful and everything she does she does with smile 😊
