Great food, entertainment and atmosphere! Room always cleaned when back from a busy day, ready for us to chill and the the animation team is always there to make You smile.

Came here on my own to relax after a busy work period. Was taken care of so well! The staff are very lovely. Shout out to Lotfy and David in particular. The location is wonderful, and the beach is gorgeous! The shuttle to and from the hotel to the beach is speedy and frequent. The food is really good, and the animation staff were so fun and energetic. Aside from that, the resort is very peaceful and the pools are spaced out nicely if you want a little bit more space. Unlike some other all inclusive packages, this one doesn't water down your drinks, so keep that in mind! There's a cafe with sweets, ice cream at the pool bar at certain hours, and snacks in the afternoon so you never go hungry. I felt very safe and relaxed as a solo female traveller, especially because I was placed in a room very close to reception. I arrived at almost midnight on my first day and they still provided me a full dinner service. Resort is full of kind, passionate, friendly people who will remember your name and have a chat with you. Cute cats wandering around at dinner, too!
