We had a fantastic 11 day holiday here at the Jaz bluemarine with my wife son daughter in law and grandson the pools and gardens are incredibly well kept all staff are so happy and go out of their way to make your holiday the best big shout out to our cleaner mostafa our rooms were always spotless rooms 6054 and 6056 with some incredible towel art also the lifeguards and pool bar staff were all incredible all staff at the restaurant were always happy to help and get drinks etc our 2 favourite were Omar and Moaz we will 100% be returning Thanks all for a great holiday

Location is good 15 minutes from airport, right on the beach. Atmosphere is fantastic, very welcoming, staff very friendly and always happy to help they definitelygo the extra mile to make sure you are enjoying your holiday, quiet areas, and more upbeat areas. This resort is huge so you do not feel crowded. Plenty of sunbeds and life guards always happy to put out extra sunbeds for you wherever you like. Rooms are good size, clean and modern. Shower lovely, warm and powerful. Air conditioning fantastic. Beds and bedding comfortable. Nice size balcony over looking one of the many pools. Cleaned daily, clean towels provided and a little towel display! Food was good quality, plentiful, caters for all. Not all was exactly my taste but I certainly didnt go hungry. The mango ice lollies were very nice and needed in the heat. The a la carte reasturants were very nice, book early to save disappointment. Service in all reasturants was great and bonus late dinner served in 4 Corners 10.30pm-1am. Plenty of areas for evening entertainment. The beach is lively and the bars have a slightly more chilled vibe with live music, sand art etc. This resort really caters for all, families, couples, adult groups, young or old. The spa was beautiful and the massages were lovely-do haggle the price! Shops on site, including souvenirs, pharmacy, snacks. Overall we had a great holiday and would definitely return.

Amazing stay here with family, gorgeous weather, the food was lovely and the staff are very attentive, especially our hotel room attendant Anwy (room 6151) who went above and beyond every day. The hotel offered access to multiple day trips and activities, we opted for the trip to Luxor and Scuba diving in the Red sea. Both were incredible and I would highly recommend.

This hotel is one to remember, every single member of staff work so hard to ensure you are looked after and having a great time, Most people that write trip advisor reviews have something negative to say, but we do not It was a perfect vacation and I’d like to thank all staff members, we will miss you guys a lot
