JAZ Bluemarine

We had a lovely stay at Jaz Bluemarine. We stayed for 2 weeks and the fact you can use the facilities of both Jaz Bluemarine and Jaz Aquamarine is great it broadens what you can do. The waterslides are great also. We found the snorkelling at the beach incredible and went often with it being so close. The rooms were clean and the towel art was superb alot of effort went into this. Food was good always something to eat we never struggled to eat. We loved the Italian al la carte it was our favourite. The hotel never felt over crowded or full and had a lovely calm feel to the place. I'd definitely recommend this hotel the staff were very friendly and accommodating Booking a taxi was easy reception book it and you pay them so never had to negotiate with the taxi driver and they would arrange a spot to collect you when you wanted.

I honestly don’t understand the poor reviews for this hotel most seem exaggerated. Starting with the pools: there are plenty to choose from, with more than enough sun loungers. You don’t need to wake up at the crack of dawn to reserve a spot. One review claimed it took three hours to get a bed, which I find hard to believe. The slides are well supervised, and lifeguards are present at every pool. Entertainment team work very hard and some days there’s inflatables for the younger kids. As for the rooms, ours was spotless and well-kept, though we didn’t spend much time inside. We tried two à la carte meals — one Italian Nino’s and Egyptian one both were excellent. The main restaurant is typical of all-inclusive resorts: a bit repetitive, but there’s always something to enjoy. Breakfast offered omelettes, fried eggs, cereals, croissants, breads, a pancake station, and more. For lunch, we often grabbed something at the pool bar usually pizza or burgers. Dinner was more varied, with a BBQ station on the balcony, pasta stations, chips, a large roast joint such as turkey or lamb, plus plenty of other dishes. Obviously not all to our liking, but there’s always something to choose from. Around the pool, drinks are served in plastic cups, but I’d recommend bringing small or medium metal bottles as they don’t mind you filling up. They also bottles for £10 The only downside for me was the beach. This isn’t the hotel’s fault — the tide never seemed to come in enough for swimming. The jetty is still under construction, but once finished, I expect guests will be able to walk down it for snorkeling. This would be a massive bonus as it’s a shame to travel to Eyypt and not get to enjoy snorkelling or reefs. We went with two teenagers, but I’d say this is a good allrounder if you have younger kids. I can’t really comment on the entertainment as we tend to play board games cards in the evening as a family.

Nice hotel and grounds. Rooms need a huge update as only one plug socket and no USB connections. Staff very friendly and food was of a good standard for an all inclusive resort. HOWEVER. JAZ resorts have fallen foul to the push for less plastic and have removed sealed bottled water from the room and replaced with “filtered tap water” in glass bottles (not sealed) beware of the pharaoh's revenge.

We stayed here for 21 days as we got a really good deal and had a great time on our second visit. All of the staff we spoke to during our stay were super friendly and always keen to help. There were staff regularly going around asking guests if they had any issues, which was really reassuring. We had a broken plug socket in our room and it was fixed the very same day. Our room was a decent size and was cleaned regularly by Nasser, who was always very friendly and efficient. We asked for some extra pillows and milk for the room, and Nasser was happy to provide them for us. There was always plenty going on in the evenings, with singers and entertainment on the beach, as well as music at Waves. There also comfy chairs if you just want to chill out. The food was pretty decent, with plenty of variety. I’d highly recommend Ninos — this was definitely the best restaurant we tried during our stay! We also tried the Arabic, Burger Bay and Indian restaurants, and they were all nice. Personally, I found the portions at Burger Bay quite large. There are lots of different pools, so you have plenty of choice, and we never struggled to find a sun lounger. They also had bouncy castles in the pool, which the kids absolutely loved. One thing I would recommend is taking some mosquito spray. I got a few bites during our stay, so we used spray in the room, which helped. There was also one week when quite a few people were approaching us trying to sell massages and safaris while we were relaxing. It was a little annoying at times, but thankfully it settled down after that week. Overall, we had a really enjoyable 21-day stay and would definitely recommend the resort. We had a great time and would recommend.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Jaz Blue Marine with our two children, staying in room 7205. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The entire hotel was well organized, the staff were incredibly friendly and everyone was always willing to help. A very special thank you goes to Mohamed Nagah from housekeeping. Every single day, it was such a pleasure to come back to our room. It was always beautifully clean, tidy and welcoming. ❤️ But Mohamed did so much more than just keep our room clean. He was incredibly helpful, kind and caring towards both my children and me. He always made sure we had everything we needed and that we didn’t lack anything during our stay. His kindness and personal attention truly made a difference to our holiday. 🙏 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Mohamed and 5 stars for the entire team at Jaz Blue Marine! Thank you all for making our 10-day holiday so special, comfortable and worry-free. We will look back on our stay with a big smile and would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🌴☀️
