Very good animation team. Activities very fun and including and food and drink is so nice. Kabonga is the best.

Our holiday was amazing! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are starting to look a little dated. The pool entertainment and activities were great, as were the slides. The staff work so hard — we have so much respect for them!

Our holiday was amazing, and this was all thanks to the staff, food, and atmosphere of the whole hotel!! The staff which serviced us were kind, had lots of stories to tell, and were just great people to be around. They would always check on you, and always try to enhance your experience at the hotel. There was a huge variety of food, with many different cuisines and food types. The buffets offered something new everyday, and always had enough food. The ala carte restaurants were amazing and were perfect little dinners for us, both filling and pristine. And also the atmosphere, always happy, and filled with stuff to do everywhere you looked. This hotel is a wonder, and is definitely a place I will be coming back every year if I can!! The following staff really gave a good impression of the hotel and stood out, but all other staff were amazing. Alaa - our housekeeper in our room was always ensuring a clean room, and also would come and check whether we needed anything else for our comfort. The room was always left pristine and he would make towels animals for us, which were amazing. He also was extremely friendly and helpful. Ali - the golf cart driver, baggage handler and probably much more. He was always making kids around him laugh, and also adults with his games and tricks. Ali would always stop and talk to us, telling stories and making us enjoy our time. Moamen - He, although only seeing him for a few hours, really made our time before leaving the hotel and waiting at the reception comfortable and clean. He would come multiple times to check on us, and also would ensure cleanliness through reception.

Would definitely recommend a stay here very clean and very friendly. Disappointed in the lack of alcohol options only very weak local options to choose from

What an outstanding hotel, spotlessly clean, staff cannot do enough for you and are very friendly, rooms immaculate and very spacious with everything you need, mini bar full daily and water only is free. Clean beds and towels everyday. Food is amazing with so much choice, your spoilt. My son is a fussy eater but there was always a choice for him. Drinks flowing, and service from staff exceptional. Animation team is so welcoming and plenty of activities to do waterslides, shows, festivals etc. Never a dull moment. If you go to the beach you can call for a buggy from your room by dialling 2 on the phone. Amazing holiday, 2 adults, 2 children 16 and 15, booked a few trips but like always barter the price. Cant wait to go back and would highly recommend.
