Good place to go with a baby. Clean and normal. Hamez from pool bar was super kind and profesional, he was our favourite.

The food is poor value for money .the air conditioning in the room and the restaurant is not working well

The hotel is quite clean, and the food is rather good. I met some really nice staff members, but I can’t say the same about Ahmed Kamal from the Lobby Bar. That man was arrogant, he favoured tourists from Russia and France, and worst of all, he tried to flirt with my underage sister.

Located right on the vibrant Mamsha promenade, the hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and overlooked the gorgeous pool area. The staff was always attentive, the food at the main restaurant offered a fantastic variety of fresh options every day, and the overall atmosphere made it super easy to truly unwind and relax together. While the resort itself is amazing, we wanted to explore beyond the beach and booked our excursions through a local agency called Sheriff Egypt. You can easily find them by searching their name online. Choosing them was the best decision of our trip! Not only are their prices significantly lower than what the hotel tour reps charge, but the level of organization and personal care was top-notch.For our historical trips, we highly recommend booking the private programs to Cairo and Luxor. Having our own private itinerary meant we could move at our own comfortable pace without being rushed by a massive tour bus. Our private guide spoke fluent, beautiful English and shared so many fascinating historical insights that really brought the ancient sites to life. Plus, traveling in a brand-new, air-conditioned 2026 microbus made the long drives remarkably comfortable.We also booked a Hurghada city tour and a sea trip with them. The yacht we went out on was completely new, modern, and spotless, and the marine guides were wonderful—very professional, fun, and fluent in English as well.If you are heading to Jaz Casa Del Mar or anywhere in Hurghada, do yourself a favor and skip the expensive hotel-desk excursions. Look up Sheriff Egypt online—you will get better service, newer vehicles, and save a lot of money!

During our stay at JAZ Casa Del Mar Resort, we met many wonderful people, but Ahmed Seif, the waiter at Panorama Restaurant, deserves a very special mention. Ahmed is not simply a great waiter, he is the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely welcome. He was always attentive, kind, patient and incredibly professional. What impressed us most was his warmth and genuine care for the guests. His smile, positive attitude and wonderful sense of humour could brighten even an ordinary day. He remembered us, noticed the little things and always made sure that everything was just right. There was never a feeling that he was simply “doing his job”. He made us feel that our comfort really mattered to him. People like Ahmed Seif are what makes a holiday memorable. Excellent service can make a good hotel better, but a person like Ahmed can turn an ordinary stay into a truly special experience. Ahmed, thank you for your kindness, your smile, your patience and all those little moments that made us feel so well looked after. ❤️
