JAZ Elite Asteria

We stayed at JAZ Elite Asteria and were very happy with our holiday. The hotel left us with such wonderful impressions, and it is definitely a place we would love to return to. First of all, we would like to highlight the exceptional attitude of the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, welcoming, smiling and attentive. The hotel is truly guest-oriented — whenever we had a question or needed any assistance, everything was handled almost immediately. You really feel that the staff genuinely care about making every guest’s stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. A very special thank you to Yehia Zakaria for his help during our check-in and for his attentive and professional attitude throughout our stay. His kindness, hospitality and willingness to help made a great first impression and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We also really enjoyed the food. There was a great variety of dishes, everything was delicious and fresh, and there was always something for every taste. The service in the restaurants was excellent as well. Another special thank you goes to the animation team, especially Anya, Nam-Nam and Memo! They created such a fun and positive atmosphere every day. There were plenty of interesting and entertaining activities, and at the same time the animation was never intrusive. They were always friendly, energetic and great to talk to. You can really see that they enjoy what they do and make a genuine effort to make the guests’ holidays more memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere and pleasant surroundings. But what impressed us the most was the staff and the level of service — you truly feel welcomed and cared for here. The only small downside for us was the sea. To reach deeper water suitable for swimming, you need to walk along a fairly long pier. However, this was not a major issue for us at all. The hotel has so many advantages that this one small inconvenience was completely outweighed by all the positive aspects of our stay. Thank you to the entire JAZ Elite Asteria team for a wonderful holiday, excellent hospitality and such a warm welcome. We left with very happy memories and would gladly return again!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in We’ve stayed in a lot of very good hotels over the years, and Jaz Elite Asteria is genuinely up there with the best of them. The standout for us was the food and service. The quality of the food throughout the hotel was exceptional, particularly for an all-inclusive resort. There was plenty of choice, everything felt fresh and well prepared, and it never had that repetitive buffet feel you sometimes get after a week away. The à la carte options were also excellent and really added to the experience. The level of service throughout the hotel was outstanding and a number of people deserve a special mention. Fady at reception was excellent from the moment we arrived. He was extremely attentive and regularly kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy. It was a really nice personal touch and exactly the sort of service that makes a hotel stand out. Wasim at the Silver Sands restaurant was another standout. Again, his service was incredibly attentive and professional and he really looked after us whenever we were there. In the main buffet restaurant, Sameh, Sayed and Ahmed were fantastic. They were friendly, welcoming and attentive every day and really helped make mealtimes such an enjoyable part of the holiday. The service extended well beyond the restaurants too. Drinks service around the pool was excellent, with staff regularly coming around to take orders, meaning you rarely had to leave your lounger to go to the bar. It was another small thing that made the whole experience feel that bit more luxurious and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautiful and the standard of cleanliness is exceptional. Our room, the restaurants, pool areas and communal areas were kept spotless throughout our stay. There always seemed to be staff quietly working away keeping everything immaculate, and the whole resort is extremely well maintained. A special mention also has to go to Ellie and Amelia from the entertainment team. Both were incredibly friendly throughout our stay and were brilliant with the kids. They made a real effort to speak to everyone, get people involved and make the children feel welcome, and they were a real credit to the hotel. Despite the hotel being busy, it never felt chaotic or overcrowded. There is a real sense that Asteria is trying to operate at a higher level than the typical all-inclusive resort, particularly when it comes to service, food and attention to detail. For us, it was outstanding. The combination of excellent food, genuinely first-class service, immaculate surroundings and the attention to detail from the staff made this a fantastic holiday. We would absolutely return and would have no hesitation recommending Jaz Elite Asteria. It has set a very high benchmark for wherever we stay next.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of five, and we had an absolutely amazing holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how new, spacious and beautifully maintained the hotel is. Everything was exceptionally clean and well looked after, and the grounds are lovely — beautifully green, peaceful and very well maintained. The pools are fantastic too: large, spacious and with several to choose from, so there was always plenty of room to relax and enjoy the day. The biggest plus of this hotel, without a doubt, is the staff. Every single person we met was amazing, hardworking, friendly and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely go the extra mile to make your holiday special. You can tell they truly care about their guests. A very special thank you to Ahmed, the manager of the Mexican restaurant, who was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. He looked after our family so well and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. A big thank you also to Yousef at the buffet and Ahmed at the pool bar — both were fantastic and made us feel so welcome. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention too. They kept our room spotless and even prepared lovely little surprises for the kids each day, which they absolutely loved. The only downside for us was the sea. It was very shallow, so unfortunately we couldn’t really swim, and as someone who loves spending time at the beach, this was a little disappointing. However, the fantastic pools definitely made up for it. The food was tasty, with plenty of choice every day, so there was always something for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again. We would highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained resort with truly exceptional staff. Thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so special and memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

We are in the last few days of our two week holiday and all I can say is well done to all the staff at Jaz Elite Asteria, you have made our two weeks outstanding. From the first welcome, food quality, waitering, room facilities and cleaning, pools, snacks, slides, pier, snorkelling, drinks, garden (flora and fora) and of course the superb entertainment team you nailed the 5 star status! Keep up the great work, we cannot wait to book a Jaz hotel for next years holiday!
