JAZ Soma Beach

We had the most amazing holiday. We had never done All inclusive before so wasn’t really sure what to expect but it was wonderful. We were on the top floor overlooking the pool and the only gripe we had was that the lift broke down about 5 times in the 10 days we were there but the staff were very apologetic and there was another lift on our floor but a bit of a walk away. We used the stairs mainly. The rooms are a little dated but extremely clean and had everything we needed. The food was amazing and so much of it. Lots of different things to choose from. There was two waiters both called Ahmed that we mainly had and they were so nice and helpful. One of them was so funny although we didn’t see him on our last two days so assume he had gone back to see his family for a holiday. Youssef the waiter at the pool was amazing. He was so nice and nothing was too much trouble. He always made sure we were ok and it was nice to see him daily. We miss him already. ❤️ The staff work extremely hard and we were so grateful for the ones we encountered. We did a quad bike trip, booked with Remal Safari and our trip guide Mahmoud was such a lovely man. He took us out for two hours and we had the best time. The whole complex was clean and well kept with people working tireless to keep it lovely. We went to the beach a couple of times but found the service not as good as the poolside. No one came over to us to asked about drinks and when we went to the bar we were ignored. So we stayed mainly at the pool where we knew we would get good service from Youssef. We will definitely be back, hopefully at Easter. Thank you everyone, keep up the good work ♥️

The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The gardens are kept really manicured. The food is amazing especially when chef Mostafa and Ahmed cook especially for you. The animation team were great fun , very energetic and engaging. The entertainment was good too especially trying to learn Arabic. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were professional, kind, and always smiling. The food was fresh and tasty, with plenty of choices every day. The beach and pools were beautiful, and the entertainment team did a great job. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon.
