Very nice and clean place, staff is fantastic :) :) Very good location, very close to the airporter.

Hotel was excellent, staff were amazing, rooms were spacious and kept clean everyday. Special mention to Mahmood in the restaurant always looking after us with drinks at meal times and always smiling. The hotel itself was spotless and the staff went the extra mile to look after people and make sure they had a nice holiday. Food was excellent and the rooms were always kept full of bottled water. Can't speak highly enough of this hotel and staff and would recommend to anybody whether old or young.

Staff are amazing .. room a little dated but clean .. food was lovely .. the thing that annoyed us the most was the people walking round trying to sell trips .. photographer.. massage .. spa .. nails etc etc super annoying and ridiculously overpriced 100 euro she wanted for a gel manicure.. photographer wanted 500 pounds for some photos .. its not occasionally its mulitple times daily theres only so many times you can poliety say no thank you.. shouldn't be allowed to keep walking round again and again drove us mad we used to pretend to be asleep if we saw them coming as they dont like taking no as a answer ..

We’ve just come home from the most amazing family holiday in Egypt, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome hesham from reception was fantastic ! Travelling with children can sometimes be stressful, but this hotel made everything so easy. There was so much for the kids to do, and seeing them happy and entertained every day made our holiday even more special. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay, and it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. We had a family room and it was perfect was so spacious and cleaned every day ! The food was excellent, with plenty of choice every day, so everyone in our family always found something they loved. The biggest highlight, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was genuinely kind, friendly, and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The lifeguards at the kids pool went out their way to keep the kids smiling on a daily basis . Their warmth and hospitality are something we’ll always remember. Thank you to everyone for giving our family such wonderful memories. We’re already talking about coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to come back next year !

Excellent resort The staff were supportive and friendly. They didn't hesitate to show help anytime. The food was great and had a variety of different kinds of foods .
