Serry Beach Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Serry Beach Resort! Everyone from the staff was incredibly kind and worked so hard to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Everything was very clean, the food was delicious, and both the pool and beach were fantastic. The location was also great: it was very close to the airport but not noisy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

It was a nice hotel with kind and friendly staff. Unfortunately, halfway through our stay, we both got diarrhea. We’re not sure what caused it. Apart from that, the food was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Top resort for a reasonable price, one of a kind experience we had in the resorts all over the world we visited so far. Location is near to the aerport, atmosphere is real lounge style, rooms are big, clean and well equipped, service was without any complaints. There are construction works ongoing neighboring to the resort (they are working on extending their capacities) so the notice when booking and/or on reception and/or during the check in would be very helpful because there are noices during the works (don't know when the works started each day but were active till around midnight).

Absolutely 10/10 from welcome to the rooms, from kitchen to the service, from pool to the sea, absolutely amazed. Thank you brother Asim, and Mamo

Location was 10 mins from airport. Atmosphere was calm but needed more entertainment. Rooms were beautiful and air conditioning Value was good. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels given daily. Noise could be loud at times as they had music playing late and you could hear that in ur room. Services was ok..not many coffee machines around.. Bit slow serving at times..ok but could be improved. Bed felt slightly hard..I assumed all the beds were Same. Swimming pool was lovely and big. Choice of vegi and vegan food was fantastic. They sorted out pack lunch when you go on a trip.. They do lovely pottery class free for kids ans adults. They do egyptian bread making class which is also lovely. However sitting in lobby was too hot. Needs air conditioning. The main restaurant also was too hot.. as its outside they needed some fans or something.. it was so hard sitting in heat and eating. Coffee service upstairs and that was lovely extra. Spa booking got messed..I went and looked around and told them.to book me in..they didn't.. they gave me a time and they turned me away saying your not booked.so I had to redo it. When I finally had my massage. The hotel are making a adults only area which all you could hear was drilling and machines working and therefore massage was not all that relaxing..it was disappointing. It looks beautiful but no not all inclusive..some things on menu etc they charge u extra for. So you got to know that before hand or you will see your bill at end.. But overall would say 7 out of 10.
