Shams Safaga Beach Resort

The hotel is beautiful, we enjoyed the atmosphere, and the animation team was very fun. We will definitely visit again.

I honestly don’t know where to start, so I’ll start with the hotel staff, without whom this place simply wouldn’t be the same. From the doorman, who was always ready to help, the young man working in security, the people at reception, and the housekeeping staff who do an excellent job, to the gardeners who work so hard to keep every little patch of grass perfect. Of course, there are also the restaurant waiters, who go out of their way for every guest, and the chefs, who prepare wonderful food in abundance — especially the lovely Ibrahim. The waiters at the pool bar and on the beach are always smiling and welcoming, as is the guy who sells shisha. And then there is the wonderful animation team and their manager, who kept us entertained and made us smile endlessly with all the activities and events they organized, which we truly enjoyed. Of course, we also have to mention the guys on the beach, who keep everything perfectly clean and well maintained. Apart from all of them, we also really enjoyed talking to the people working on the beach, at the Vitamin Bar, in the fish restaurant, the photographers, the massage therapists, and the people at Dr. Fish. All of these wonderful people are the reason we felt at home and truly welcomed. Without them, this hotel simply would not be the wonderful place that it is. A huge thank you to every single one of them. I sincerely hope they are appreciated as much as they deserve to be. And now, about everything else. The food is wonderful and varied, with a different themed cuisine every evening — French, Italian, Mexican and Egyptian, which we enjoyed the most. The beach is large, clean and comfortable, and the sea is absolutely beautiful, full of fish and countless corals. We even saw a sea turtle several times! The rooms are comfortable and clean, which was important to us, although honestly, not nearly as important as the wonderful beach and, above all, the wonderful people.
