Great experience. Great Service especially Abdallah Hussin!

It was very nice. The bartenders, were super friendly, the ocean was beautiful and I really liked the hotel. We're leaving today, which is sad, because I'd like to stay forever. Usually i'm not much of a vacation type, but I really enjoyed it this time. I was already here once when I was 7, but I don't really have any memories. I hope that my mom and he boyfriend want to stay here again next year.

Ahmed Ramadan excellent service, a well-mannered young man who knows how to interact with hotel guests and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. The staff were friendly and polite—very easy to get along with and put you at ease. We were welcomed with nothing but smiles and courteous people. The rooms were fine—clean, attractive, and well-maintained; the only issue was the lack of a pool on the hotel premises, though the trip to the promised facilities was pleasant thanks to the friendly staff. It was a pleasure to tip them. Mohmud Salma a very responsible person who is attentive to those around them—both staff and hotel guests—and knows how to get the job done. The food could have been more varied; on some days, I didn't really find dishes to my liking—there wasn't much variety—though the food was well-cooked, if a bit under-seasoned at times. The same goes for the drinks; a bit more variety and creativity would have been welcome. However, my favorite part was being able to laugh and bond with the staff; they joked around with me and my family, always treated us well, and always had a smile on their faces—one of them even gave me a gift. Five stars for the staff.

Hamed Rabie is the best bartender at the beach. The most delicious cocktails and the loveliest smile. Beach 3000 is a wonderful resort, but Hamed is the best part🫶
