The hotel was very good overall - very peaceful and with good services in general. In particular the treatments we received at the spa excellent- Ivy from mividispa was very good.

10 day stay Poolside room …small dated room located next to the main pool area ..no usb ports dated decoration,small tv with limited channels,overhead shower never worked for the duration even after reporting to staff , bed very comfy room staff excellent,mini fridge only water free all else charged,would still recommend this poolside room due to great location and ease of pool Pool is excellent and a decent temperature poolside staff and bar staff are excellent and attentive,drinks are not original ie roller cola not coke Restaurant food is tasty well presented and all food choices excellent staff and chefs very attentive Bar area is large and well prepared the bar staff are attentive and remember your drinks from each night I will caution on the drinks prepared as 3 females on a Saturday night had normal amounts of drinks but ended injuring themselves due to falls and having no memory of the night and feeling ill for the next few days .. All that said I would recommend the hotel due to great staff and food ..poolside rooms need update in electronics As always TUI lets you down with poor cattle class flights No shop on hotel grounds nearest shop is 15 min bus ride

We have just returned from this incredible hotel and had an absoutley time. On arrival we declined dinner as it was around 12pm, we were settling in our room when staff arrived and laid out a buffet in our room, how lovely. The staff at this hotel are fantastic and go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need, I had ran out of something and made an enquiry at reception where I could go to purchase it and before I knew it the Porter from reception came in with it, he had having driven into town for me (without even been asked). Every morning when I arrived at the pool staff would turn up with my cappucino and glass of water without having to ask. He also brought drinks regularly without us asking (think his name was Hassan ( he was such a hard working lovely guy). Also the Bogey bar staff would have our wine ready for us arriving. They very quickly remember your name, routine and what you drink, its amazing service. The food was extremley good, our preference was the Nineteen Restraunt at the Pool, but did enjoy the main dining room too, especially the BBQ and desserts; so much variety to cater for everyone. The romantic night at the pool was absolutley amazing, the food was exceptional! The entertainment was very good, Fares was the best Egyptian dancer we have ever seen. The staff even joined in with dancing and made the atmosphere very good fun. Also Magic came to us each day to inform us each day to inform us of the daily entertainment and invite us to take part in morning stretch. The Manager was always present with a smile and wave, ensuring all the customers were happy and had everything they needed. If any slight problem arose it would be fixed/sorted immediatley. Our room was lovely, comfotable and clean. The bed was huge, and a pillow menu is available. We had a huge walk in wardrobe in bathroom with so much space. We have been to Hurghada many times but this hotel is without a doubt the BEST. Its relaxing, peaceful, friendly and fun. You dont get hassled like other resorts, your not forced to do a review like those other ones, so everything you read about this resort is genuine. We went for our 28th Wedding anniversary, met so many people that have returned for over a decade, and we know why, its really a splendid place. If your considering going - book, dont hesitate. You will not be dissapointed! I know we will absoloutley return. Thank you for the memories and a fantastic holiday

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff, food and rooms. Small, friendly hotel feel with the most attentive staff, hard to single out one who excelled as they were all that good. The hotel itself feels like you’re in an oasis with immaculate golf courses to the front and rear. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Have just returned after 2 amazing weeks at this lovely hotel. We’ve been to lots of hotels in Egypt ( and enjoyed them) but this is definitely the best we’ve stayed in. It’s quite a small hotel in a quiet location and it has a lovely atmosphere to it. Our room was very spacious, well equipped and beautifully maintained by Dantraiwy who also left us some brilliant towel art. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet so we slept well. The food is outstanding, excellent choice, always good quality, very tasty and always hot. As frequently mentioned, the staff are the absolute highlight of this hotel. Every single member of staff is friendly and helpful . I really don’t think any request would be too much trouble for them and would be actioned with a smile. We would especially like to thank some members of staff who we felt helped make our holiday special, Ahmed in the Eagle restaurant, anticipated our every need and was very friendly and helpful. Very professional. Osman by the pool. He works so hard and kept us well supplied with drinks and topped up our water. I don’t know how he remembers everyone’s drink, but he does. Ibrahim and Yahia, keep the pool area clean and tidy and always ready to help move your beds and settle you in. We particularly enjoyed our daily chats with Yahia and Ibrahims little dances to our music. I really enjoyed daily stretching with Magic who also offers other activities and is very friendly. Noor and Ahmed in the Bogey bar, excellent , friendly service. The management should be very proud of the service provided by everyone here and I know this is important to them as they often come and speak to guests by the pool to make sure that everything is just right. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone and we can’t wait to come back.
