Hotel is good nothing bad to say, rooms are clean staff is soo good and we like our holiday

The hotel is ok, we stayed in swim up rooms, we booked two rooms and emailed twice for the rooms to be next to eachother as we are a family and was really disappointed our rooms were not near each other. The rooms are clean but need updating. The food is not great and we have had a stomach bug. The positives are the aqua park and the beach is good. The atmosphere is lively but not too crowded and overwhelming. The entertainment is good and there is lots to do for kids. The staff aren’t as polite and helpful as other places in Egypt I have stayed.
