TC is a great resort - you can find everything you need. Rooms are very clean and modern. Food was amazing - many varieties - very tasty. BARS everywhere. the beach was nice. animation team was perfect. very recommended. - Special thanks to Mr. Reda Ossama (reception) for this warm welcome and great care about our holiday. He offered amazing hospitality and tried his best to do everything to make us feel comfortable. - Special thanks to (Hamed), working in Soliel restaurant. He was always watching us while we were eating to see if we needed anything - very smiley - very helpful. He is a young teenager but full of passion. - Very special thanks to Mr. Ismail (General Manager) for this great work and follow-up of everything that has been done in the resort. We spent a wonderful week at The Corners Sunny Beach Resort in Hurghada with my husband, and we are genuinely impressed with our vacation! If you are looking for a solid 4-star resort in Egypt that offers fantastic value, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere without breaking the bank, this place is a hidden gem. By the way, stepping away slightly from the hotel review itself, I want to strongly recommend Sheriff Egypt for organizing your tours and excursions—you can easily find them online just by searching their name. Their prices are much lower than what tour operators charge at the hotel. We booked their small-group trip to Cairo (capped at just eight people with a personal guide) and the Super Safari, and both were absolutely fantastic. Their guides speak excellent English, making the whole experience informative, smooth, and well-organized! 🌊 Beach & Pools. The hotel has a lovely, well-maintained private sandy beach with a gentle entry into the water, which is a huge plus for the Red Sea coast. There are plenty of sun loungers, and the beach staff are quick to help set up your towels. We spent our mornings snorkeling right off the shore—the marine life near the small reef area is vibrant and colorful. The main pool area is also very spacious, clean, and has a great poolside bar where you can grab a refreshing iced cocktail without leaving the water. 🍽️ Food & Dining. We were pleasantly surprised by the food quality. Unlike some other resorts where the menu gets repetitive after three days, the main buffet restaurant offered plenty of variety. Every evening featured a different theme night (the Oriental and Seafood nights were our absolute favorites!). The pastry counter deserves a special shoutout—the selection of cakes and fresh croissants for breakfast was incredible. We also booked a dinner at the Italian à la carte restaurant one evening, and the pasta and cozy ambiance made for a very romantic date night. 🛏️ Room & Service. Our room was located in the garden area, which turned out to be a blessing because it was very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. It was spacious, spotless, and featured a comfortable king-size bed and a large balcony overlooking the palm trees. The air conditioning worked like a charm, which is an absolute must in Hurghada during July! Housekeeping surprised us a couple of times with towel art on the bed, leaving fresh flowers. The entire staff—from reception to the waiters—was polite, friendly, and never intrusive. ✨ Highlights & Minor Notes. Location: About a 20-minute drive from Hurghada city center (El Dahar/Sakkara), making it easy to grab a taxi and explore the local markets or go on a boat excursion. Entertainment: The animation team is energetic and organizes aqua aerobics, volleyball, and evening shows, but they are never pushy if you just want to relax by the pool with a book. Wi-Fi: The connection in the lobby is decent, but if you need stable internet in your room, we recommend buying a local data SIM card at the airport upon arrival. Overall, we had a fantastic, stress-free couples getaway. The Corners Sunny Beach delivers authentic Egyptian hospitality, great amenities, and a wonderful beachfront. We would gladly return!

My first trip to Egypt This was my first trip to Egypt, and I chose this hotel because of its excellent reviews. I can honestly say they match reality. The hotel is perfect for families with children. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the territory is clean, green, and well maintained. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent work. The room was always clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. I also appreciate the warm welcome at check-in and the breakfast prepared for my early departure. The sea is wonderful. Yes, you need to walk a little to reach deeper water, but for families with children this is actually a great advantage and a natural feature of this area. The food selection is not huge, but there is enough variety. I especially enjoyed the meat dishes, rice, and the delicious kofta. The hummus and baba ghanoush were not quite to my taste, but everyone has different preferences. The desserts are very sweet, which may be unusual for some European guests. There are many visitors from different European countries, creating a pleasant international atmosphere. The swimming pools are large, clean, and well maintained. I personally spent most of my time at the sea, but I noticed that many families enjoyed the pools. The only area that could be improved is the entertainment program. For guests staying one or two weeks, especially children, a little more variety would make the experience even better. Some rooms could benefit from technical renovation, but overall my impression of the hotel is very positive. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work, hospitality, and kindness. We booked this holiday as a family of three (two adults and one 15‑year‑old), flying with EasyJet. Flights were exactly as expected — no issues there — and check‑in at the hotel was smooth despite arriving late. Staff offered food, which was appreciated, even if the selection wasn’t great. Rooms & Cleanliness The room itself was spacious and clean, with bunk beds. Storage is limited — a family of four would struggle — so bring hangers. The shower was excellent and cleaners came daily, but the cleaning standards were inconsistent. One day we left a generous tip and the room was immaculate with towel art. The next day, when we only had 100 Egyptian pounds left, the room was noticeably less cared for and we weren’t even given enough towels. It felt ungrateful and transactional. Food & Drink The main buffet was hit‑or‑miss. You often had to queue for the nicer items like grilled chicken, pizza, or pasta. Burger Buzz, the à la carte option, was genuinely great — the best food we had all week. Bars Bar staffing is poor. The pool bar frequently had one person serving, leading to long waits and slow service. Entertainment & Activities Entertainment was disappointing. Some of the live singers were genuinely hard to listen to — and that’s coming from someone whose husband says she sounds like a strangled cat. The amphitheatre was unbearably hot, with heat radiating off the stone seating. Pool tables must be booked well in advance and you have to pay. We tried multiple times to play crazy golf but they never had any clubs available, so we never managed it. Guest Mix & Atmosphere Around 90% of guests were from Berlin, as the hotel is part of a Berlin‑based chain. The remaining 10% were a mix of English, German, French, etc. In a full week, we saw maybe four English families. If you’re looking for a British‑friendly social atmosphere, this is not the hotel for you. Staff Interaction Staff were polite, but once they realised we were Scottish, they tended to leave us alone. The entertainment team spoke to other families with teens but never approached ours. The spa and dive‑centre teams were very attentive — but mainly because they were trying to secure sales. Spa The spa treatments themselves were fantastic — relaxing, professional, and worth doing. However, being directly asked for a “good tip” at the end of both massages completely undermined the experience. I normally return later to tip, but being asked outright is a firm no. Transport We used the hotel taxi service due to negative reviews about other options. It was very expensive — €40 for a trip to Senzo Mall — and extremely busy, so book ahead. Senzo Mall itself isn’t worth the money if you’re going for fakes; you’ll be disappointed. Overall We did manage to relax and enjoy parts of our stay, but the hotel falls short in several key areas: inconsistent cleaning, poor entertainment, understaffed bars, heavy sales pressure, and a guest mix that leaves British families feeling isolated.
