Returning to TUI BLUE Crystal Bay felt less like checking into a hotel and more like coming home to a destination that consistently exceeds expectations. Having stayed here previously, I can confidently say that the exceptional standards and warm hospitality remain as impressive as ever. From the moment you arrive, the hotel makes a striking first impression. The grand reception area, adorned with elegant marble finishes and sophisticated décor, creates an atmosphere of understated luxury. Every member of the reception team is welcoming, professional, and attentive, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. The accommodation is equally impressive. Spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, the rooms offer both comfort and style. The generously sized bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, adds to the feeling of indulgence. Our room featured a private balcony overlooking the sparkling pools and the pristine shoreline of the Red Sea, a view that never failed to captivate, whether at sunrise or sunset. What truly sets TUI BLUE Crystal Bay apart, is its people. The level of service throughout the resort is exceptional and delivered with genuine warmth. Danielle, the TUI Area Manager, deserves particular recognition. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. Despite overseeing the daily operation of a busy resort environment, she remains highly visible, approachable, and committed to ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless stay. Her attention to detail and personal touch are a testament to her professionalism. Ali, the TUI representative, is another outstanding asset. Knowledgeable, personable, and exceptionally professional, he consistently goes above and beyond to assist guests. His excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for showcasing the best experiences available in the region make him an invaluable source of information and support. The culinary experience is another highlight of the resort. Sous Chef Essam El-Taher leads a kitchen that clearly operates to the highest standards. The quality of the cuisine is exceptional, while the presentation reflects the care and expertise behind every dish. His willingness to engage with guests, gather feedback, and accommodate individual dietary requirements demonstrates a genuine commitment to excellence. Special mention must also go to Samar at the Manohar Restaurant. Managing one of the resort’s most popular dining venues with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, she ensures that every guest receives attentive service and a memorable dining experience. I would also like to recognise Moataz Mohamed, our room attendant, whose dedication and attention to detail significantly enhanced our stay. Every day, our room was presented to the highest standard, and his commitment to guest satisfaction consistently exceeded expectations. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his efforts to create the best possible experience were genuinely appreciated. Team members like Moataz are often the unsung heroes of a luxury resort, and his professionalism deserves special recognition. The pool and entertainment teams are equally deserving of praise. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to engage with guests create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the resort. They strike the perfect balance between providing activities for those who wish to participate and respecting the relaxation of those who prefer a quieter experience. Returned from a week's stay at the hotel approximately 8 days ago and this is the first time I've felt 'comfortable' after a very unpleasant upset stomach. We were warned about this before we arrived and took every precaution we could, but 3 out of the 4 of our party ended up with something both in resort and when we got home. We weren't the only ones either so be prepared and order in the antinal! However! That apart, there are some good points. The hotel grounds are huge, so even though the hotel was busy, it didn't seem overly crowded and there was enough space. Yes there is the usual sunbed reserving but it isn't a get up at the crack of dawn job. The cabanas are well set out and saves finding a parasol, however be aware of space invaders from other nations! On quite a few occasions we witnessed people trying to almost force their way into space under the cabanas, where there clearly wasn't space and a couple of heated discussions were had! The pool bar is nice, but the service isn't great. Don't get me wrong the staff are flat out but there just isn't enough of them with service from the swim up side being particularly bad. The drinks are not of good standard. The on tap beer is seriously weak and the spirits are grim. The only decent beer is the Egyptian Stella which they serve out of cans in the Sports Bar. This is a decent place, couple of pool tables and footy on the telly. Mohmed who ran the bar was excellent and so friendly and special mention to John as well who was also a great bar man and good fun. Lunch choice was either the main restaurant or Yades by the beach. Yades was nice but with very little shade you got very hot very quickly. The fact that you could choose as many ala cartes as you wanted for dinner was a nice touch. The rooms were modern and clean, mini bar stocked every day and plenty of room. The beds and pillows were also super comfy! This is a nice place and we were glad to experience it although a return trip isn't on the cards any time soon.

I really enjoyed my time there a lot of things to do for kids staff was very friendly and help me at all times. Made me feel welcome at all times

Lovely stay the hotel was lovely and clean lots of things to do the staff worked hard and where fantastic amazing service lots of lovely food always something to eat and always different great sun rise views kids club was amazing out daughter loved it and wanted to go all day every day entertainment team worked hard and interacted with you daily ti inform you what was going on for the day and where the shows where Jazz was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

The hotel is very nice I enjoyed my stay. The service is good. The food is also very good with a lot of options. A lot of activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening I would recommend.
