Lovely hotel and staff. I’m gluten free and I managed well with the food. Drinks were good although wine glasses on the small side. I was very happy with my stay

The location is beautiful. You get the shops and restaurants at the front of the hotel and the most beautiful beach and bar at the back of the hotel. Very friendly staff who can't help enough. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need with clean fresh bedding/towels toilet rolls. Freshly stocked bottles of water, coffee, tea. The entertainment is good, offering fire shows at the beach and belly dancers with other entertainment personell. The pools are beautiful. Thr big one was my favourite woth the water slide and pool bar. We had a beautiful body scrub and massage in the spa and the gym is decent. Lots of different food items to choose from, with in door and out door eating. Housekeeping is immaculate from what we experienced. Very helpful front of house. All round a beautiful stay.

Stayed for 2 weeks, left on the 1st sept, lovely hotel, staff are amazing, really can't do enough for you, entertainments hit and miss really but if you've been out and about on trips the half hour/40 mins shows are ok, the entertainment staff are really lovely though, the rooms are a little dated but I'm not on holiday to spend it in my room, definitely more wardrobe space could be had if sharing as a family of 4 but all in all adequate, the restaurants and communal areas are really nice and we would recommend and return 😊

**17.08.26 - 31.08.26** This was our third stay at Aurora Oriental and, whilst there were many positives, our arrival experience was extremely disappointing. After a delayed flight, we arrived late at night and received no warm welcome from the night manager. There were no welcome drinks, no acknowledgement that we were returning guests, and the overall attitude felt abrupt and unwelcoming. When we arrived at our "Deluxe" room, we discovered that only one bed had been prepared for the three of us. We were told we could use the sofa bed, which was not something I wanted to organise every night during our holiday. This was particularly frustrating as the Deluxe rooms we had stayed in during our previous visits had been perfectly suitable. The fridge in our room was also not working, which was especially concerning as my husband needed it to store medication. Thankfully, the fridge was eventually replaced and a proper bed was provided the following day, as promised. To add to our frustration, after a long journey we went to the bar hoping to relax with a drink, only to be informed that, because it was after midnight, we would have to pay. The food available for late arrivals was also very poor. However, several members of staff truly made our holiday enjoyable and deserve special recognition. **Mr Nader (Nemo)** was outstanding. He is a genuinely kind and caring person who could not do enough to help. He dealt with any issues professionally and always with a smile. **Mostafa**, the beach towel attendant, ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. His communication was excellent, and he was always friendly, helpful and attentive. **Osama**, at the Deluxe Pool, was another star. We spent most of our time there and he always had our towels and sunbeds prepared, often with pillows ready for us. He was incredibly helpful and even assisted us in rescuing some kittens that had got themselves into danger. We still think about them and hope they are doing well. This made my 10-year-old daughter incredibly happy! 😄 He also regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. **Ash**, the bartender at the Deluxe Pool, provided fantastic service throughout our holiday. He was constantly checking on guests, bringing drinks promptly and keeping the area tidy. In addition, all of the lifeguards and the staff working in the bars and restaurants were exceptional throughout our stay. The food was generally okay, and there was always something to choose from each evening. However, the desserts could be improved, as they lacked both variety and quality compared with the rest of the food on offer. Overall, the excellent service provided by many members of staff helped make up for an extremely poor arrival experience. The hotel is fortunate to have some wonderful employees who genuinely care about their guests. However, management, particularly regarding the night-time arrival experience, would benefit from significant improvement. During previous stays, we have mostly dealt with **Mostafa on reception**, who has always been excellent, but unfortunately he was not around much during this visit. Our cleaner of the lower deluxe rooms- room always clean, great towel art. I also raised these concerns with our travel agent and emailed the hotel directly, but I have not received any response, which has added to my disappointment.

Fantastic stay at Aurora Resort, Sharm El Sheikh! We had a fantastic holiday at Aurora Resort and were really impressed with the service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful and always made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well looked after, with housekeeping doing a great job. A special mention must go to Osama, the lifeguard at the Deluxe Pool, who was always attentive, professional and friendly. He did a great job making sure everyone was safe while still creating a great atmosphere around the pool. Also, a huge thank you to Asharf, the bartender at the Deluxe Pool. He was fantastic — friendly, hardworking and always serving drinks with a smile. Both Osama and Asharf really deserve recognition for the excellent service they provide. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already coming back in December! That says everything about how much we like this resort. Overall, a brilliant experience with fantastic staff who really helped make our holiday special. Great service, clean rooms and wonderful people. We can't wait to come back! 🌴☀️🍹 Highly recommended
