Dreams Beach Resort

The hotel rating is 5 stars but its not woth than 3 stars! Rooms are not clean, staff not friendly. The entire resort is old, it has one pool only that is too crowded and the beach is very far down a hill. The buffet is not clean and food doesn’t look good. We booked 5 nights but checked out directly couldnt stay in it. Atmosphere is too loud and cowded specifically in shared spaces And value wise its soo overpriced

Just returned this morning from an amazing 2 weeks at Dreams beach resort. We had a lower sea view room & the view was stunning. The staff at this hotel are amazing, so friendly & really made our holiday, especially Shady Ravat who works around the pool & works so hard every day & smiles constantly. Also Eric who made sure we had everything we needed around the pool. The pool bar staff are brilliant, especially Ebrahim Sabry who was so kind to us. The food was great & the restaurant staff were fabulous, especially one of the managers Amir who was so kind & helpful. We left the hotel with new friends for life & will definetley be back next year. Thankyou for the memories Dreams beach. See you again soon xxx

I’ll try to be fair as much as possible but let me start with that. This hotel might be was 20 years ago a good five star hotel but not anymore. If it’s up to me, I will give them only one star even half star. This hotel is very late from anything on this world. I booked this hotel through Trip.com and before I checked in two days earlier, I tried to contact the hotel asking for early check tried to call many times. No one answered send an email. No one replied so since then I start to believe that this Hotel I’m gonna have a problem with and it surely did happen. I arrived at 5 AM and they didn’t help me with early check in even if I pay money and finally when I check in 2 PM I went to room to take a shower. There was towels and it took them one hour to provide a towel room Service keep telling me a few seconds it will be there a few seconds. It will be there and this few tirn out to be one hour. That was the start. Let me talk about the reception, Mr. Saif and his assistant on afternoon shift. They are very terrible close minded. They don’t even do a small little things to make you feel that they welling to help no initiative from their side. They are professional to put obstacles and deny your request absolutely rude no professional no courtesy when you try to order something from the bar they use only cash or they use this little machine visa and the whole hotel only have one single machine so you can pay with your visa a big giant Hotel operates on only one little machine visa they don’t have a connecting system so you can order whatever you want and put it on your room bill so that’s why they are very late in the end. I don’t recommend anyone to book in this hotel, unless you are in low budget otherwise stay away because you will not relax as I am now frustrated and stressed. I didn’t enjoy my vacation I lost money and I’m stressed. I came to Tripadvisor to try help people before they get themselves into trouble. I won’t back to this Hotel definitely even if it’s for free or even if they pay me to stay here it was the first time and it will be the last will never happen again . people don’t book in this hotel unless you want to lose your money for nothing and be disrespected. A three stars hotel in Eastern Europe is much better than this hole.

I love the hotel. I’m staying here solo for 2 weeks but i never got bored. Every day different shows, djs, parties, dance shows, fire shows… All the staff members are great and extra polite. Animation team especially forever in my heart - Kelise - always around, leading great stretching and morning sport near the pool Maxim - always nice, active, always knows everything and helps a lot, treasure of this place. Ilya, Nikita - amazing guys too 🪽 Restaurant near pool ( Italian one) - must visit place! Service, food, people - I loveee

Good hotel , good rooms but the animation team made our vacation better without them the vacations could be boring but with the animators noura and medo we enjoyed our stay so much
