للأسف تجربتي في الفندق كانت أقل بكثير من توقعاتي، خصوصًا من ناحية الـ hospitality وخدمة النزلاء. مستوى الـ staff كان مخيبًا جدًا، والتعامل في أكثر من موقف كان يفتقد الاحترافية والاهتمام بالضيف. البوفيه أيضًا كان من أكثر النقاط المخيبة؛ التنوع والجودة والتنظيم لا يليقون بمستوى الفندق المفترض، وهناك تفاصيل كثيرة في الخدمة تحتاج إلى مراجعة حقيقية. والأكثر إزعاجًا بالنسبة لي هو التعامل ا لمختلف بين النزلاء حسب الشركة أو الجهة التي قاموا بالحجز من خلالها. هناك إحساس واضح بأن بعض الضيوف يحصلون على معاملة ومزايا مختلفة عن غيرهم لمجرد أنهم تابعون لشركة معينة، وهذا أمر غير مقبول تمامًا في أي فندق يحترم ضيوفه. بصراحة، الفندق لديه مشاكل في أكثر من جانب، وليس مجرد موقف واحد سيئ. الـ hospitality بشكل عام يحتاج إلى إعادة نظر جذرية، لأن الضيف في النهاية يدفع مقابل تجربة محترمة، وليس مجرد غرفة وإقامة. كنت أتوقع مستوى أفضل بكثير، ل كن للأسف التجربة لا تستحق التقييم الإيجابي بالنسبة لي، ولن أكررها مرة أخرى A Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below my expectations, especially when it comes to hospitality and guest service. The staff were disappointing, and the level of professionalism and attention to guests was simply not what I expected. The buffet was another major disappointment. The variety, quality, and overall organization were far below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. What bothered me the most, however, was the different treatment of guests depending on which company or booking channel they came through. It genuinely felt like some guests were treated differently and given different privileges simply because they were associated with a particular company. That is completely unacceptable in any hotel that claims to value its guests. Honestly, there are problems in several areas, not just one bad experience. The overall hospitality needs a serious rethink. Guests are paying for a proper hotel experience, not just a room and a bed. I expected much more from this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was not worth the money for me, and I would not choose to stay here again.

We spent there four days and that was one of our the best vacations in Egypt because of the animation team , these people are so powerful and so active and they have good attitude to the guest with their entertainment our vacation was super thanks Medo and thanks noura you’re the best animators ever❣️❣️❣️

Good hotel and good experience but shoutout to the animation team they are so active and so positive, shoutout to the animators noura and medo they made ouy stay better❤️
