Very good hotel all staff are very friendly

The rooms are dated but very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. The food at Al Wadi was awful. The milk wasn’t cold for cereals, the butter was tasteless and everything was a tagine. We paid for all inclusive but ended up eating out at dinner. Despite paying for All inclusive, there was a charge for drinks at the pool bar, there was no cream available at any point just 2 flavours of ice lolly! There was no cafe for a coffee and cake. All the bars closed at 10 or 12pm. The Italian snack bar was ok for food between 1 and 5pm although we went at 4.30 one day and all the food was gone. There was no cheese available for burgers and as I didn’t like the ketchup it meant a plain burger in a roll which wasn’t great. The staff were mostly really friendly and helpful but one guy told my grandson ‘no more’ when he went up a third time for a lolly. First was for him 2nd was for his grandad and 3rd was for me. I had to tell the guy he can have as many as he wants as it’s all inclusive!! he walked off muttering something!! We were told we could use the facilities at the sister hotel Jaz Dreams over the road, however when we tried they said no we could only use the pool. One of the big selling points for us was Cleopark. We only visited it twice for an hour as we weren’t allowed to use the facilities at the hotel and not all the slides were open at the water park. This not a 4* hotel, I’ve stayed in better 3* than this.

everything was good. But the organization of activities could have been better, would be nice to add pizza and ice cream
