Best & only experience was the service provided by the team of workers in the restraunts, the pool bars & the cleaners who worked tirelesly

We have just arrived home from a wonderful stay at Jaz mirabel park. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, cleaned and very well maintained. All day long gardeners and cleaners are hard at work in such heat making it look lovely. The waiters/ chefs are so hard working and do not stop. Waiters were always polite and have a smile on their face, constantly moving tables around so guests can sit together. The food however, wasn't for me. There was lots of meat and fish grilled/ roasted, it just did not agree with us for some reason and my husband and I were ill for most of our stay. The A la carte was definitely the best meal I had (Nino's italian, was delicious) The pool snack bar was a saving grace and came with two of the loveliest waiters Mohammed and Mustafa Mohammed, could not recommend them both more, they made our stay really enjoyable. The pools and slides are great, regularly see them testing the water, plenty of lifeguards around. The pink pool party that the entertainers host is alot of fun. Our room was big with plenty of storage. The air con was brilliant and our cleaner was superb, very attentive and a genuinely nice guy. A couple of negatives: The shower was so cold, I wouldn't even say Lukewarm. Even in the heat I like a hot shower to actually feel clean. Also I agree with another comment below about a small minority of the staff treating my husband differently to myself and even though the stay was booked in my name, it was my husband who was addressed by the reception staff. Finally the guys who come and sell the boat trips, do not like no as an answer and will be back to you again and again, which did get extremely annoying, when you're trying to relax. Overall we had a great time, I would go back to the hotel itself, just not to eat!

We’ve just arrived home after staying here as a group of 11 to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday, and overall, we had a really lovely time! ❤️🎂🥳 What truly makes this resort special is the staff. They work incredibly hard, often for long hours, and genuinely seem to care about making sure guests have a wonderful stay. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, if you need something, just ask, and they will always do their best to help. Even if you fancy chips and nuggets, they’re more than happy to make them for you! 🍟🍗 Our room was very dated, but it was spotlessly clean and well looked after. A very special mention must go to our housekeeper, Muhammad Khalid, who was absolutely lovely. He constantly went out of his way to make sure everything was just right and even used Google Translate to ask whether there was anything else he could do for us. That really showed how much pride he takes in looking after his guests. ❤️ 🛺 The Golf Buggies are an absolute lifesaver, especially in the heat! Mohamed Mosaad was always happy to help and was brilliant at getting us around the resort. 🍽️ The Main Restaurant Unfortunately, this was probably the biggest disappointment for us. The restaurant simply doesn’t seem large enough for the number of guests staying at the resort. This often resulted in very long queues, not enough plates, lengthy waits for drinks and, on occasions, food being cold by the time we sat down. As it’s an all-inclusive resort, you obviously collect your own food rather than having it brought to your table. With a group of 11, it was particularly difficult to sit down and enjoy a meal together because people were often having to get up at different times to queue for food and drinks. I also felt that a lot of our holiday was spent queuing. Whenever we needed help with something, we often had to queue at reception, only to be told to come back later or wait for an answer. On some occasions, we had to return several times before finally getting an answer or resolution. I appreciate how busy the staff are, but this is definitely an area that could be improved. That said, Ahmed, the gentleman with glasses at reception, was always very pleasant and greeted us with a lovely big smile, which was always nice to see. Reem from Guest Relations was also extremely polite, friendly and helpful. 🔑 The Key Cards The key cards were, unfortunately, a real headache! 😩 Several times a day, we found ourselves locked out of our rooms and having to walk all the way back through the heat to reception to have them reset. We were repeatedly told that the cards had probably been placed near mobile phones, but this definitely wasn’t the case with ours. Having to keep returning to reception was incredibly frustrating, particularly when you’re trying to relax and enjoy your holiday. I really hope the resort can look into the system, as this caused unnecessary inconvenience throughout our stay. 🍝 The Italian restaurant was definitely one of the highlights of our stay and is a MUST! Make sure you book early. Gamal, Mohamed Gafer and the whole team were fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and happily accommodated all of our fussy requests. Most importantly for us, it was the one meal where all 11 of us were able to sit together and properly enjoy a meal as a group, which made it especially memorable while celebrating my dad’s birthday. ❤️ We actually wanted to book the Italian restaurant again because we enjoyed it so much, but unfortunately we were told that guests are only allowed one visit per stay. This was a shame, as we would have happily returned. Mohamed Gafer also looked after us at the snack bar every day and consistently went above and beyond to help us. ❤️ A Special Thank You to the Staff There are so many members of staff I’d love to mention, and I’m sorry I can’t name everyone because they all played a part in making our stay special. A very special thank you to Mohammed, the restaurant manager; Sameh, our waiter, who went above and beyond to help us and Beckham, who is an absolute superstar! ⭐ A huge thank you also to the manager at the beachside restaurant. Sadly, I didn’t get his name, but he was such a lovely guy — incredibly helpful, friendly and always happy to accommodate our requests. One thing that did upset us, however, was seeing occasions where some members of management spoke quite harshly to the waiters. The staff clearly take great pride in looking after guests and work extremely hard, so it was difficult to see them being treated that way. I genuinely feel they deserve the same kindness and respect that they show to every guest. ☀️ A Note About Being Unwell I was unfortunately a little poorly during our stay. I do have a sensitive stomach and, personally, I believe it was more likely to have been due to sunstroke than anything I ate or drank. There were 11 of us in the group, and only two people became unwell, despite us all eating and drinking the same things. For that reason, I certainly wouldn’t put it down to the food. ❤️ Overall Despite the issues mentioned above, we really did have a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend giving this resort a chance. For us, the staff and the pool are what really make this place special. The staff work incredibly hard and deserve a huge amount of recognition for everything they do. With some improvements to the restaurant capacity and service, the key-card system, the reception process and, importantly, the way some staff are spoken to by management, I genuinely believe this resort could be even better. Thank you to everyone who looked after us and helped make my dad’s 75th birthday celebration so special. We really appreciate everything you did for us and the memories we made. ❤️🎂🥳 Thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️

I loved this place so much because of the food the pool the service and the rooms the best place yay

Stayed at Jaz mirabel Park for 7 days in August. First impressions walking in to the lobby weren’t great, didn’t give 5 stars hotel vibes at all. Room wasn’t great. No covers on the duvet, was never given more than 3 towels even though we were a family of 4. Restaurant was an even bigger disappointment, same food and not much variety. Only decent food was in the snack bar where u could trust it was ok as it was freshly made pizza. The only good think was the pool view room meant we could keep an eye on the kids easily if they wanted to stay out abit longer. Also not sure why they don’t give bottled water as agree with the comments about getting ill because of the water. Overall very disappointed, My advice would be to stay at the Moderna hotel next door as we were there 2 years ago and never had any issues.
