Amazing pool area, really clean and refreshing. Comfortable sun-beds and plenty of options. Staff are so kind and helpful. Rooms are cleaned everyday and stocked up with water and fresh towels.

Friendly staff and excellent experience overall. Highly recommended.

Four of us, two couples have just got back from a week holiday. Staff at this hotel are amazing, every single member are a credit to the place. From the bottom to the top they all need to be recognised for the fantastic job they all do. We did not have kids so cannot comment but from an adults point of view there did not seem to be alot for the kids to do. However the location is perfect for Namma bay main shopping, bars and restaurant strip, as maximum 10 minutes walk with lots of places to stop and sit if you are a bit slower or the heat is too much! Beach is across the road through the sister hotel which if you book easy jet holiday you get a gold band and can use the bars and snack bars in the sister hotel but you cannot go into the main dinning area. A la carte restaurants you can also book every night if you have the gold band, if the main restaurant is a little too much for you! Main restaurant can become overwhelming with other nationalities not having the same queing rules as us in the UK! The tex mex restaurant is a little gem if you are a couple or a group of adults and want a bit of peace while you eat! Food, always found something, pasta chips and salads. Fresh eggs in the morning but be prepared to que the only time people actually do! Swimming pools were clean and we found fours pools and a hot tub. Some need some work but Jaz have only just taken over so I am sure this will be done to meet the standards of the other jaz hotels. Always found a sunbed and pool staff were there to assist if needed moving beds to accomadate. Not allowed to place towels all day as will be removed by staff. Money, ATM outside the hotel does not always work but the security team will assist if needed. Bank is only no more than 5 minutes from the hotel if the machines aren't working. Would advise to use the white taxis on the street outside. Dont accept first price and agree a price before you get in the taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be going back.

I stayed at Jaz Sharm Dreams for a week with my two kids and my mom, and overall I’d describe it as a decent stay for the price we paid, probably more of a 3.5 than a 5-star experience. First impressions honestly weren’t the best. The lobby feels a bit old and dull, and the reception staff came across as quite cold and unwelcoming. Check-in was very quick. We were simply handed a paper with information and our room key, without much explanation about the resort itself. A short introduction to the restaurants, bars, beach access, etc. would have made a much warmer first impression. The rooms are definitely outdated, especially the bathroom, which could have felt cleaner, although part of that may simply be due to the age of the facilities. Still, the room itself was fine overall and we didn’t have any major issues. The restaurant had plenty of food choices every day, which was great because everyone can find something they like. It does get very busy, though, and sometimes the atmosphere felt a bit chaotic with guests rushing around and filling huge plates, but of course that’s not really the hotel’s fault. The restaurant staff worked incredibly hard and were always running around trying to keep up. What really improved our experience after the first couple of days was the staff outside of reception. Once we settled in, we met some genuinely lovely people working at the resort. Huge thanks to our housekeeper, who did an excellent job every single day. The pool bartender near room 7010 was fantastic, and the pool attendant was also incredibly friendly. The bar staff in general were great, and Mahmoud in the restaurant especially stood out for being attentive and kind despite how busy it always was. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away. You do need to cross a road and enter the neighboring resort area, but it was easy enough even with children. The private beach was lovely, with water activities available, boat trips, and a beach bar where the all-inclusive bracelet also works. One thing I do want to warn other guests about: be careful with the gift/bag shop that also sells creams. The owner seemed extremely friendly, but unfortunately we were overcharged and one of the cream containers we bought for around €30 had clearly been switched for a half-empty one before being wrapped up. There are many other shops nearby, so I’d recommend buying elsewhere. On the other hand, the pharmacy at the resort was excellent and very helpful during our stay. Overall, for the price we paid, we got pretty much what we expected. With a warmer and more informative reception experience, this review would honestly have been much higher.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2026 and went for 1 week. This was our first time in this hotel and we must say it is situated in a great location, 12 mins from airport, short walk to the beach and the main centre of Naama bay. Rooms are big and clean, coffee tea and kettle are in the room. There can be more rotation of food choices as it felt little repeated however food in our opinion was nice especially in Tex Mex and Italian restaurant. There were a few staff members that made this hotel for us. Nazmy was our number 1 bar man throughout our stay, made some great drinks and ensured we were always ok when by the pool, he was polite and very welcoming every day giving the best service in the hotel. Tex Mex restaurant Hassan the Manager, was so calm, he welcomed us and always tried to accommodate a table if we came late. Ziad and Mohammed were also polite and showed good customer service. Araby, our room cleaner, ensured our room was cleaned everyday, asking if things were ok. Mohammed the omelette chef, what a guy multi tasking 6 pans in one go, very polite. Bahaa was the most welcoming person from the reception, spoke and understood English really well, great for guidance and always supported in every he could going above and beyond. Lastly Rami (manager in reception) was very approachable and supportive ensuring everything went well during our stay. One point, all other staff not mentioned here I would encourage they try to welcome everyone and be more inclusive to all nationalities making it an even more better experience and better customer service. Animation team poor and only approach who they want and were very ignorant. They need to approach everyone or not bother at all, they could be present more during the day rather saying they slept in because they went to a party. Lastly your staff should not have to tolerate rude behaviour or manners from customers staying at the hotel, we observed many staff being disrespected by customers and it is rude, they shouldn’t have to tolerate this behaviour. Overall what an amazing week it has been at Jaz Sharm dreams, well hope to keep coming again in the future. Big up Nazmy Aaron and Monique #room 1117
