Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort Sharm El-Sheikh

It was a very good experience everything was just amazing from the beginning to the end, the staff was very helpful specially aymen and served thank you so much for having us and maybe we will comeback, we really loved the hotel and Egypt.

We are half way through our holiday and was really excited arriving looking at all the 5* Reviews. However we are disappointed with a few things, food is average at best and not much choice, all bars other than in lobby are either closed or just sell soft drinks or warm bottles of Stella and entertainment is poor and nothing is happening pretty much after 10pm which is not great whilst on holiday. Aqua Blu next door has better atmosphere Staff are lovely and the place is clean, water park is excellent Lovely place but no way the number 1 hotel in Sharm or I’d dread to see the rest

recently stayed at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel property is absolutely massive, and what impressed me the most was that even though they were fully booked, it never felt crowded—you still really feel the space. The aqua park games are huge and offer endless fun. ​Throughout the resort, the staff is incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly. However, the true star of the hotel is the Reception Manager, Mr. Mohamed Gouda. At the beginning of our stay, we faced a few issues with our room. Mr. Gouda listened to our concerns attentively and went above and beyond to resolve them, doing his absolute best to ensure our holiday was great. He is a deeply respectful and polite man who truly understands hospitality. Honestly, the entire team here makes you feel welcome.

It was a great experience staying in a very nice resort, with very friendly staff. It was a very nice vacation for our family. This was the first time for us in Sharm el Sheikh, we will defenitely come back to this lovely resort.
