Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Resort

I would just like to say that the staff are AMAZING!! thank you for an amazing stay. Shout-out to the staff at the main pool bar and Ali in reception.

Taghred is a sale woman, who explained the hammam and massage procedure in thy resort and offered us very good offer. And then receptionist Hana who explained it again. And allocated us massagers Manna, Fatma, Marwa who were excellent at their job. Who helped me to relax and made every step placent.

Very nice people, very kind and serviceable.

This was our first time in Egypt we travelled as a family of five myself my Husband my son daughter-in-law and three-year-old granddaughter so we did not know really what to expect when we arrived we was told to go and have dinner and then go back to check-in before we missed dinner which we did we were then taken to our room and we were shown how things in the room works the room was immaculately clean. The staff were absolutely amazing everywhere from the lifeguards to the cleaners. Every day the cleaner was making different animal shapes with our towels on our bed which my granddaughter thought it was hilarious. They made my granddaughter feel so special and continuously spoke to her and was giving her high-fives from the lifeguards To the cleaners. The lifeguard that mainly looks after the kiddies pool with big bucket of water in it he was amazing. He was helping my granddaughter down. The slide while singing Mini-disco songs to her which she was dancing too really funny and a lovely guy The guys around the pool were continuously bringing our drinks as were the staff in the evening as well at dinner and during the evening entertainment we cannot fault the hotel whatsoever and we will most definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

Loved so much, everything was perfect, perfect staff especially Faris Ashraf in the beach clup who was kind and friendly. His positive attitude made our experience even better. A Big thank you
