Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Resort

We visited this hotel with our family and child, and we had a very positive experience. The hotel grounds are spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. There are plenty of activities and entertainment options for children, so they definitely won’t get bored. I would especially like to mention the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms. Our room was always clean and well kept throughout our stay, which is especially important when travelling with a child. We were also very happy with the service and attitude of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special thank you to Mohamed Mostafa and Montaser Mohamed for their excellent service, kindness, and warm attitude. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable! Overall, we are very happy with our choice and would gladly return to this hotel again. We highly recommend it, especially for families with children!

My experience at Royal Moderna was amazing, hotel staff super friendly and went out of their way to help and make our stay the best. I had a session of 4 massages and one Cleopatra scrub at the Onega Spa, in particular I would like to mention Bazma, who was my massage therapist throughout. She was excellent! Each massage was different and knew exactly what I needed. The sports massage was amazing, I would recommend it and her to anyone! Will definitely go back!

It is our first day here and it is Amazing service i really want to mention MOHAMMED ALMETWLY from the room cleaning department he is exceptional at his job and is leaving us with beautiful towel art when we come back to our room. Room we stayed in is 1241

We have just returned home from Royal Moderna and it was faultless. The room (3242) was amazing, very clean and the air con was superb and much needed!!! Our cleaner Mohammed was great and the towel sculptures weee fab. The food and restaurants were equally as good, with lots of choice for everyone, the drinks and bars were also well stocked and Osama in the Libby bar along with Mohammed in the Relax bar were fantastic guys and kept us in drinks without even asking!!! The pools were also great, nice and cool, the games area, pool and table tennis along with the beach snack bar restaurant were also great, as was the waterpark too. From start to finish, our whole stay was 100% 10 out of 10 and we will most certainly be back.

We had a lovely spa experience! Taghred who invited us was very polite and welcoming. She explained the different types of massages available without being pushy at all, which we really appreciated 😉 The massage itself was great, and having the double room so my husband and I could enjoy the experience together made it even more special. The staff were respectful, professional and made us feel comfortable throughout. Thank you to Shoaep, Manager for a lovely and relaxing experience - we really enjoyed it and would happily recommend it! 💝
